We ventured out today to try this place out. We arrived and it was busy. Staff did a great job getting orders taken. We worried we wouldn’t be able to dine in, but everything just worked out and we got a seat.
We had the Mix plate, Hurricane chicken, lumpia, and ube tres letche. All were very good. All the sides like spam, regular salad, rice, and Mac salad were also good.
We will be returning customers and highly recommend it.

Great food and the portions are true Hawaiian style and just huge. 808 mix plate with the chicken, pork and beef was it! The beef rib was so tender and tasty. The hurricane plate my wife ordered was also really good. Crispy and well seasoned. Calamansi refresher and Salted foam coffee were also hear! Soft opening so was excited to see the support and crowd. Little bit of a wait for food, but with the soft opening and lunch time, we were excited to then busy!

Best local food spot I’ve been to in a while. There’s a line but the food was so worth it. Don’t forget to order protein with your garlic noodles, it’s bomb. Service is great, they call out the numbers super loud which most places fail to do. Super clean too and decent seating despite the crowd.

Ordered the loco moco, an ube butter mochi and the 808 super version of the mix plate. The portions for both of the entrees were good. The mac salad, salad, and rice were well seasoned and had good texture. The meats were all flavorful and seasoned well. Some of the sides that came with the mix plate could have been a little warmer but it did not detract from the dish too much. Overall, I was pleased with my order.
The ube butter mochi was not too sweet and had a good moist crumb. Definitely worth trying if you like butter mochi!
Would try supporting the business again. Excited to have another Hawaiian and Filipino place in the area.
