We had personal pizzas and breadsticks and they were all delicious for a very reasonable price, and no one left hungry. The place wasn’t busy and our server was very attentive to our needs. If it wasn’t 7 hours from our home, we’d be regulars here! Highly recommend making it a stop on any road trip on 77.

Directly across from the courthouse steps in Ripley, Maka Mia Pizza is a nice little place to eat in town. The pretzel appetizers are always good plus you get a lot for the price. They are big and pillowy and it is my favorite. The pizzas are good of course but the wings and subs are also really good. The atmosphere is that of a modern pizzeria with the decor but there is a bonus area to eat outside that is really inviting as you are right on the sidewalk to people watch. There are TVs everywhere and a bar for after hours lounging. Cauliflower pizza option is nice along with the salads for lighter fair. I was able to eat there even with some strict diet restrictions. Don’t miss this place if you’re looking to try something different than the typical chain restaurants.

I was in town visiting family. We needed a place for a late nite bite & ended up here. The place is clean & open. The menu consists of the regular bar food favorites. We ordered boneless wings, pretzel bites, pizza, boneless wing salads and of course beer. Everything was good and served hot. We finished with ice cream. The service was good and the prices were right too. If we’re back in the area, we’ll come by again.

The food was good and reasonably priced. If you have a food allergy communicate it well with your wait staff. I did not and ordered the low carb bowl but it came out with pasta. I didn’t say before I ordered i could not have the pasta. The staff absolutely made it right and handled the mishap so well. The pasta bowls even though I couldn’t eat it had a ton of sauce and pasta and was very reasonably priced.

If I had known having 4 kids would constitute an automatic 18% gratuity I would have gotten mediocre pizza somewhere else.
13,10,7,2 are the ages of my “large party” that needs an automatic tip, that they are “required” to add.
I guess I understand the grueling work involved in preparing 3 drinks with lids for kids…..
But it is the only place in town you can get a beer with your pizza. So there’s that.

Fantastic pizza, cheese sticks, calzones, pasta … everything is just great. You owe it to yourself to stop by if you’re in the area, as they’re a locally-owned restaurant that deserves your business. It’s relatively new construction, so everything is nice and clean. Draft beer selection is the usual fair, and they all come out nice and cold. Plenty of TV’s with a wide selection of sports to keep you entertained. Why are you still reading this, just go here and eat!
