I used to come here all the time. I frequently pick up a tray. My family used to come here for different gatherings and purchase larger trays as well.
**Unfortunately this place has shown it’s lack of professionalism as well as dedication to the customers***
I will keep it simple- the tray that I frequently order came out with the meat completely BURNT and/or DRY like beef jerky. 30 minutes later after I opened the tray when I got back- I was shocked. I called to address this as I would assume they would be willing to remake the tray for me but instead was told by a young lady AFTER awkwardly being forced to text the establishments pictures of my burnt meat, because my word wasn’t enough apparently?…that “the best we can do is 25% off because the pictures only look like part of it is burnt”? Wow.
I was SHOCKED.
I remained kind and respectful. I asked for a manager or owner to speak to as I was sure this is not the type of professionalism nor customer service this place would carry out with a regular customer? To my dismay- I was told they would call me back…they NEVER called.
In consequence of that, they lost a family of loyal paying customers and gained this honest review. I’m dissapointed. Will start going to
Al oumara, La Marsa, or Princess for my middle eastern food moving forward.

The place is nice and clean tables might need a bit of an update, the lady was very friendly and happy to help nice smile and nice customer service … I ordered the potato chops. It was “good” but hot cause it was just fried I’m assuming but no flavor which kinda took the “great food” out of my review.. the french fries were cooked nice and with clean oil i’m assuming cause all fast food/quick food restaurants use old oil and you have that stingy kind of like taste in the french fries but this one was good. I really liked it. The portion was a little bit big, but it was good sorry I couldn’t put five stars, but I’m assuming you guys are going to be a better majestic restaurant.. thank you

Service is incredible. One of my favorite Middle Eastern restaurants around.
The tray below was Excellent. Plenty of food.
Price was normal.
The only thing I wish they had was using water glasses with ice. They serve bottle water. But that won’t distract me from coming back.
Try them….you won’t be disappointed!

Great food. Family owned, at least that is the feeling I get. The food is very good.. I got the chicken swawarma rollup. And it was soon good I had to come back and 2 more.

Best kafta I had in a long long time, and the yellow rice was divine. We picked this place as a new spot, and boy did we hit the jackpot with the food. Highly recommend the place.

FANTASTIC. It may not seem like much from the outside (or even the inside), but this place is great, i recommend visiting. The food was fantastic.
It’s not large on the inside, but i was impressed with the cleanliness and decor. Prices really shouldn’t matter based on how great the food was, to be completely honest, but they were very reasonably priced. The 2, 4, and 6 person plates are great (and they have PLENTY of food for the number of people it says they will feed).
I think a soft drink machine would be a great investment for the restaurant, I know many guests dining in would prefer it to the canned/bottled drinks.

Never stepping foot in this restaurant ever again. Got a full order of chicken cream chop and They only gave me six pieces of chicken for a full order. Even after showing them a picture of my order, they still didn’t want to refund me. The owner is very rude and disrespectful
