We came here today for early dinner and as a simplistic fan, I had Margherita pizza and he had Monaco. One bite and I could understand why he raves about this restaurant which established in 1922. I mean, some of the restaurant staff looks like they came out from Godfather movie itself.
After the pizza, I requested for tiramisu which was out of stock. Sad, for a while. Thus, we went for the second choice which was cheesecake with cherry topping. Oh my goodness me, this gotta be one of the most delicious cheesecake we have tasted! Though the cherry jam was tad sweet which easily solved by pushing it off the cheesecake, we were all smiley from ear to ear while eating it.
To Thomas, may you be here for another 500 hundred years and may we, our kids & our grandkids be able to come to taste the delicious food made in your establishment!
Plenty of vegetarian options. Ordered the Capriossca pizza (my first ever pizza with boiled egg!) and Margherita and cheese garlic bread. Simple, flavorful but delicious. Friendly service and quite popular with the locals. Their molten chocolate cake was also nice
Open 24hrs for delivery. Shut only from 2am to 5am!
Definitely a place to visit again.
For sure, a place that I certainly would like to come over again with pleasure.
On the bright side, the service was excellent. The waiter, with white hair and a thoughtful demeanor, took care of everything except for the pizza.
The lasagna was okay, but not as good as the pasta at the nearby O’s. The salad was average, with a small portion and a high price.
Despite these shortcomings, there’s still a chance I’ll visit again.
The dough is tastes like the read-made frozen crust
The cheese is very chewy and bulky
