You can literally feel the consistency, and emotions, all along the experience, accompanied by a professional and friendly service, in a nice house setting in the heart of Bordeaux.
The raviole, the Chef’s signature, by itself, is worth the visit and so much tasteful.
But everything else was great too, and I love being so wrong about a place: the two Michelin stars are definitely deserved and Maison Nouvelle one of the best refined cuisine place in the region.
The entire 3.5 hour experience is inspiring, creative and beautifully orchestrated.

Every plate was perfectly done. The work that is done in every dish shows how much he cares about providing an amazing experience. Every aspect is pushed down to details, accompanying every dish of an appetizer or a drink; for example a cappuccino with mushroom juice and parsley butter.
I’ve seen the chef in the kitchen all night, working and finishing the plates. It is an amazing thing to see such a chef still working in the kitchen. Again that shows how much is he is a real performer.
Congrats. Probably worth 2 Michelin stars if you ask me (spoiler: Michelin does not ask my opinion – their loss).
We travelled through Chef’s food. The presentation of food was artistic and it was more than delicious. The Signature dish was a favourite of ours. Each dish was thoroughly explained by the servers, and the Sommelier recommended a great French wine. We were in love with the entire concept.
