I usually eat at all-you-can-eat sushi places to satisfy my big sushi cravings affordably, but when I saw a review on tiktok, I just had to try this place. The portions and sizing of the sushi themselves are very generous. Everything tasted so fresh and flavourful, I didn’t even want to dip my sushi in anything most of the time, but the homemade sauces were also so good so I still did. The place is small but the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. There was a ginger and brown sugar tea on the counter that we could help ourselves to while waiting that was delicious. The lady who served us was very kind. We got the salmon and eel sushi (8 pcs), and the “mini-gathering” platter (48 pcs), and their big decadent cookies (a hazelnut one, and an oreo one). For the quality and portion size it was so worth it. You could definitely eat here for cheaper, so ignore my 50-60, that’s just how much we spent, and you can see we had a lot. We just wanted to try a lot. 10/10, will definitely be back!

It was DELICIOUS! This is not your average sushi shop, the vibe and quality hits different. It’s quite affordable for that quality compared to the other sushi places. Everything was delicious, it was prepared quickly and the ladies were soooo welcoming and nice! They are very sweet, offering free meals for the ones in need and a fast charger to recharge your phones. It is absolutely worth every single penny. The sushis are very nicely stuffed and tasty. The cookies are good too, we tried the matcha one and I absolutely recommend it! Overall a very nice experience

The sushi rice, the soy sauce, and the flavours need immediate re-evaluation. I ordered take-out from Maison Est after seeing a review from social media but ended up being incredibly disappointed.
I thought maybe it could’ve been an off day but after reading the reviews, it seems that the management thinks their product is already really good and doesn’t need any improvement.
If it wasn’t for the unprofessional responses from the restaurant, I would’ve probably gave them another try.

Fish was fresh, everything just hit right. You can tell they actually care about what they serve.

Our second visit to this place, very consistent in terms of ambiance and the quality of food. You can see that the owner of this place is passionate and dedicated to the culinary experience.
This is a nice, niche space for sushi if you don’t like overcrowded and overhyped restaurants!
What we positively noticed was:
The wasabi is supringly creamy and has depth.
The fresh sliced ginger, just wow!!!!

An amazing establishment! I could tell we found a winner right when we walked in. Super kind service and very welcoming. The food is stunning with good portions. The owner even rearranged the furniture so we could dine in. We will have to visit from Toronto more often! Thank you and happy holidays 🙂

A Small shop with its own take on sushi and big cookies. Amazing quality with freshly made rolls on the spot, so plan if you are doing a big order. They also have a few freshly done rolls at the counter if you are in a rush.
