Definitely thought they were catching the lobsters out the back door it was so plentiful in my roll. My husband had a fish sandwich he said he thought they baked the rolls fresh!! He also loved the coleslaw too .
I think they have the best lobster rolls in the area

A very unassuming place with fresh food in a very casual atmosphere. This is a market and a cafe which great service. My husband had the clams which he loved. I had the lobster roll that came with a side of butter which was delicious. Perfect size…perfect taste. Definitely a great place for a quick meal…as long as you don’t mind sleeping like the food after!! Definitely worth it. We definitely recommend.

I wanted a Lobster Roll, so we had to stop by and see what this place is all about. It’s at the right end of Turtle Crossings shopping plaza on Burnt Store Road. This place was neat and clean and very well organized. It is a Café and Market everything inside is simple but fits the décor of a Seafood establishment. We got there around 12 noon and surprisingly we were the only people in the place. Our server Brianna came over to our table took our drink orders fast. They do serve alcohol and soft drinks. For starters we ordered the Creamy Lobster Bisque Soup, a Beer, and some Wine. For the main dish I ordered the Lobster roll Meal with has a ¼ pound of Lobster served on a split top bun with Butter, Fries and Cole Slaw for about 24.00. You can get it cold with Mayo or hot with Butter. I got an alternate side of Onion Rings instead of Fries for 3.00 extra. My wife just ordered the same thing but with the Fries. Our soup came out first and it was very good. Our Lobster Rolls came out shortly afterwards. The looked amazing and they were. The roll was toasted and overflowing with Lobster the butter to pour or dip into was a nice addition. The Onion Ring were done perfect as was the Fries. Even the Cole Slaw was pretty good. Brianna was on the ball asking us if everything was all right and checking on us, but I do wish she was a little more cordial. This is one of them so called hidden little gems and I for one can’t wait to go back. Make sure you put this on your to do list. I must give this place a 5 out of 5 stars.

We were visiting friends in the area and they suggested to eat here. They have eaten there several times. The food was delicious! My husband had the clams & onion rings, he said the best he has ever had. I had the shrimp meal with fries & the coleslaw was good. The shrimp were amazing & the service was great & the food was served hot.

So yummy! My Aunt and I stumbled on this gem last year on a trip to funky junkies from her house.
This year we recalled our amazing meal and returned. It may have been better this time.
We each got the lobster roll-with fried zucchini for me and fried mushroom for her. We had the the fried calamari for our appetizer and it was all great!!

When we get an irresistible urge for New England style seafood we will drop everything we are doing and head for this little cafe offering scrumptious meals and appetizers. Meals are prepared authentically just like they are in Maine. Yum, yum, yum! You won’t be disappointed! Service is quick and meals are served promptly after ordering.

Absolutely delicious fish and chips here. We are from New England where the seafood is top notch in the country. Living in Florida now, finding good cod is difficult so we were happy to find this cute little place. The food is wonderful, the wait staff is good. I would have given five stars if the portion sizes were bigger (very small side of fries and a small piece of fish) and if they honored my birthday request of a combination plate of scallops and cod. The server asked the cook and he said no, he could possibly do a grouper combo plate but not with cod. I was willing to pay for it, it was my birthday and I wanted to splurge, but I guess the cook didn’t want to be bothered. We’ll still be back if in the area but it’s an hour drive from home and we made the trip for my bday because the food is good. A nice dry, greaseless batter on the fish and the fries are great. Cole slaw was great, but again, portions are small. Hubby and I could’ve both eaten 2 of their plates to compare to plates of seafood we’re used to in New England.

For seafood near Cape Coral I highly recommend Mainely Seafood in Punta, Gorda, what a hidden gem! The shrimp were amazing, the fries were top-notch, and the sweet tea hit the spot. The place is clean, well-managed, and the staff is fast and friendly. Plus, their commitment to food safety is impressive. Well worth the drive from Cape Coral!

Let me start with food and service we’re great. As we were finishing our meal about 6:35 a group of 3 came in and we’re seated. At 6:44 a couple came in and were told they close kitchen at 6:40 so they can be out by 7. All their advertising says 7pm close time. They made them leave. The table that came in not much more than 5 minutes before them had not even ordered their food yet, so you know kitchen was still open. Another man came in and sat down and he was also asked to leave. Left a bad feeling about customer service. Don’t advertise close ar 7 and not serve 20 minutes before.
