Reviews
The service was some of the best service I’ve ever received from a restaurant. Every staff member I talked to was very nice, and they checked in to see if we needed anything consistently. The food prices were about average, but the quality was really good. Food came out hot, and tasty, could tell it hadn’t just been sitting before being brought. Plan to come back here again
Second visit
We had a group of 12 for a business lunch, and Main Street Tavern was a great choice—spacious, comfortable, and not too noisy.
Our server Rebel was fantastic! She handled our large group by herself with ease—friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly.
Appetizers were a mix—the wings looked great but lacked crispness, while the Mozzarella Sticks were the surprise standout. My Chicken Club was excellent thanks to the toasted wheat berry bread, though the side salad was a letdown.
Overall, a solid spot for lunch or after-work drinks on the patio. Ask for Rebel if you can—she really made the experience!
A recommended place for lunch and it was very good! We started with the Tavern Chips which was a solid choice and I would definitely recommend them.
As much as I wanted a burger that is what was on tap for my dinner. I opted to the Ahi Tuna Sandwich with seasonal veggies. This was a very good option and I’m glad I chose that sandwich. If you like seafood food or lover of tuna I would recommend giving this a try!
My dining parters chose burgers cooked medium – unfortunately they came closer to being well done. Due to time constraints they didn’t say anything. Even though it was overcooked they thought it was pretty good.
The menu options looked really good so I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
My girlfriend and I both ordered steaks, and unfortunately both came out overcooked. Our server offered to have them remade, which we appreciated, and we agreed. When the steaks came back, mine was still overcooked. I chose not to push the issue because I don’t like making a scene or being that table.
While the server was polite and attentive in some areas, there were also moments where the service could have been handled better, and that contributed to the overall experience. Additionally, the steaks lacked flavor, which was disappointing given the expectations I had.
A manager never stopped by to check on us, and no accommodation or follow-up was offered. We still tipped over 20%, but overall this felt less like a single mistake and more like an execution issue across the establishment. There’s clear potential here, but the experience fell short.
On a positive note, our friend’s burger and the appetizer dip were very good, which shows the kitchen is capable of delivering quality when everything comes together
Fish was really good, fries were ok. Two kid meals were good but greatly undersized for a 2 year old and 8 year old, especially at the price point. Adult sized Mac and cheese was a hit. Burger was good as were the sweet potato fries. Meatloaf wasn’t bad, but not a repeat order item. Mashed potatoes and green beans were good. Skip the gravy.
