Food was fantastic! Gator bites and oysters were really good. Think it might have been our servers first day but he tried hard and got a well deserved tip. Atmosphere was OK but there’s plenty of other places that don’t have a very of the shopping center. We were actually going to another restaurant nearby and looking for parking when we found this, so we tried it. Not bad!

The food was great! Crab cakes are authentic Maryland Crab cakes, the best I’ve had in South Carolina! Our only issue was, there is limited seating so if you go on one of their Trivia nights, you better have reservations or you won’t find a seat. My advice would be to call ahead because we didn’t see anything about trivia nights and we were practically pushed out of the place when everyone started to arrive.

Decent little spot on Main Street, the bartender was nice and let us sample a few different beers so we could make a decision. Our biggest issue was the amount of time it took to get our food (which was only fries ) it looked like they only had one cook, maybe someone had the day off. I would say it was at least 20 minutes and the place wasn’t busy. Although the fries looked overcooked they actually were pretty good, we put this on a maybe list for us next year.

Sat at the bar. Attentive and courteous bar tender. Ordered 2 IPAs after tasting them. We had the crab dip and split a burger. Crab dip was good and the chips served with were a good addition (think fried pita as they were crispy). Burger was tasty fries were incredibly soft. Yes we could have asked to take back to crisp up but just felt more of a hassle than necessary. Over all the food was middle of the road. Ok beer selection.

Been by Taphouse a number of times! Finally stopped in! Its your local, neighborhood tap & grill – really nice family based team – so helpful & welcoming! Food was really tasty – i had a burger – along with fries – made to order with love – I really enjoyed it! One of the owners was behind the bar – very nice conversation – really enjoyed our chat! Highly recommended as your local, home town bar & grill!

Small portions. No kids menu. The server was super nice. The food was good but not mind-blowing. Only chips are available with sides. No fries or other options. It’s probably a better place to drink than to eat. 3.5/5
