Main Street Sports Bar and Grill

My food was delicious and at the time there was only a few people in there butta later on there was a group of us that came in and used the extra side room and then another group came into the main dining area and then it became a little crazy, thought the one server was doing her best to help out they should of had more help. Otherwise all was good. Oh I asked for Hot Pepper Jack Cheese and they gave me American. assuming they charge extra for the cheese according to the menu.

I’m very easily satisfied as long the money I’m spending meets the quality of food. I should of ordered bar food but when I used to eat the 2 plus years ago many times the had many good dishes. I ordered a steak salad and my 4 kids an wife had mostly wings which were good. My salad however had bag frozen precut tiny pieces of steak, on lettuce that was wilted store bought iceberg brand. Only vegetables were from that bag. I ate three bites and left for hime with my youngest while my family finished. To they’re credit they credited the meal and three of our drinks. $79.20 for 3 12 piece wings and 2 kids meals. I think the quality was bad so why not just offer simple bar foods like burger, fries, wings ect? Only my opinion. Years past they’re specialty salads were delicious.

We go here for dinner maybe once a month as we don’t eat out a lot. The food is always amazing! And the dining room is always empty(no clue why). We love it here!

Used to be a go-to for Ellwood City for me. But I’m not sure what happened, unfortunately, everything seems to have gone downhill. The last few times I’ve been there have been extremely slow, food come out lukewarm, or even ice cold wing sauce. Hopefully everything gets sorted because when the place is running smoothly, it’s great.

i’m a small person and don’t eat a lot but the portion size of steak and fries would have fed my 13 month old. some of our food was also not in the bag. main street used to be so good, not too sure what happened.

Before COVID we are here often food was good and fair prices, I only stopped because every time we went the tables felt sticky and dirty even after they were wiped down. Today we decided to try it again as I heard it improved. We were the only ones in dining room. I noticed the huge price hikes but with what we had before COVID it was a lot of food so thought it fair. The portions were much smaller but what was the worst was the quality we both had a different chicken sandwich at 12.99- 13.99 each, the chicken was tough, mine was fried and when put on bun the oil soaked the bun, no sauce that made mine special was on the bun and the cheese had melted and cooled solid and old looking before coming to my table. The tomato was cut so thick it was thicker than the chicken and the stem was still partly in my slice. I had a salad as my side that was to be included and it was added to the bill, my son had loaded fries and it was a small portion but he was charged the $8 that was the appetizer price but the appetizer would have been much larger. I will never be going back even though I want to support local business…our waitress never checked on us kept going in the bar area and I got up to use bathroom and asked another person for our check, even then the other girl only came when the check was ready to be paid. Never asked if it was okay or she may have been able to fix an issue before I felt like writing this. Poor quality poor service and over priced.

We used to get their food all the time, and the food itself is good. However, service is an issue. My wife ordered from here last week over DoorDash and they sent her the wrong food, then we tried again this weekend because we really do like their food, but after an hour and half of waiting they cancel the order out of the blue. I contacted the business, and they said they were just too busy to make food for us. Alright, I used to cook on a line, and you have to be really busy to not be able to handle 2 entrees. On top of that, to make your customers wait well over an hour and then cancel is just embarrassing. I feel bad for our dasher who had already been sitting at their bar for 20 minutes waiting before the order was cancelled. All in all, it’s just a disappoint for us and an embarrassment for the restaurant. Oh well, just gives us an excuse to find somewhere new.

No high end joints for me. I’ll take a dive bar with creaky wooden floors any day. This one is somewhere in between. Food is on point. I had mild wings(my go to in bars), and lots of celery and carrots(gotta be healthy at my age). They skimp a bit on the veggies, but getting more are no more than an ask away, for free. The wings were very good, and as meaty as you’d expect, priced right for the crazy price of chicken wing meat these days. Bartenders were very nice, and attended to my wishes quickly. I’ll be back, since my favorite libation is on tap.

Went for lunch on a Monday around 1:30pm. The waitress was friendly. I ordered the chicken and fries. It was what I expected… deep fried tenders, fries, cheese red onions and a hard boiled egg. My wife had a burger. It was huge! We were the only ones in the dining room area. They also have a bar next door. Parking is available on the street or around back.
