I had never been here before. Friends had suggested it as a change from our normal stops. A place that they had not been to in a while. What a great surprise. A typical family style pizza style restaurant. We had a sweet waitress. I loved all the food that I tried… The marinara sauce, the meatballs and the house special calzone were all excellent. The marinara and meatballs were superior to the ones I had recently had at Longo’s Restaurant. The old fashion cocktail was a complete miss, but that is ok. Water with lemon is a healthier beverage for me anyway. I will definitely be back for dining in and take out.

I’ve had quite a few Italian subs before but this place became my favorite! It was truly one of the best take outs ive ever had & im a few miles away will be back again they are friendly and you get a great sub for the price. I will try there pizza soon

Last night I was traveling and stopped down because I can get the grinders the way I got them as a child with cabbage instead of lettuce. I have eaten here numerous times when my son traveled for For sports or gotten takeout when I’ve traveled down to Pawcatuck.
The food and the service has always been great. The atmosphere has always been great.
Last night I was so excited to be able to get my grinder with cabbage. I was very disappointed and sadly now I am turned off the grinder I have loved for my whole life. I asked for it not to be toasted. I got it with another grinder got back to my daughter’s apartment in New London the bread was hard it had been toasted the cabbage was browned on top and some of it cooked and some of it not. I had requested my grinder not be toasted.
Hope the cooks and food preparers will be a little more careful checking the orders that they are done correctly especially for someone who is getting takeout.
I will not stop coming to your restaurant but now sadly I don’t know that I will get the takeout of the grinder I have loved for my whole life ever again because of this bad experience. I could only eat a few bites of my small grinder and then threw the rest away because it just did not have a good taste and was not what I had asked for and ordered.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times since I moved to the area and I absolutely love their beer battered onion rings. However, whatever I received last night was definitely not onion rings I don’t know what it was supposed to be to be quite honest! I was very disappointed especially that I was looking forward to them and I received a message that I received that couldn’t even be called onion rings loosely

Amazing spot with more than just pizza. Finally, after months of no sit down dining due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we’re able to sit outside and eat. I did today with my family and service was amazing as always and the food was an A+! Can’t wait to enjoy this again!

I go to Main Street and have been since they opened. Food is consistent but the people are awesome! Just tonight I placed my order and after without giving my name was called by name and the smile on the other end of the phone was 100% genuine! Kudos to the hiring manager but first and foremost thanks for the great service and friendship ladies.
