We went to the pub post Coyote women’s & men’s BB games to celebrate 2 victories & were greeted by a friendly staff, great service and the nachos were pretty good! I like it when the taco meat is warm and the tomato’s & lettuce are cold with crispy chips. It’s all about timing. Bar food appears and tastes above average. This place has been around a while for a reason.

I’m a cook and for a pub food even to serve maybe 2 ounces on my French dip with Swiss cheese that they obviously put in microwave to melt and asked for French fries which are curly fries big difference , husband ordered Ruben and was hardly any flavoring to meat and tried out meat as well . As for server/bartender well didn’t even check up on us except to order food and bring us check as she was to busy talking to regulars so bad service and food not impressed as a out of downer who just got way better and reception from the coffee shop across the street . well word of mouth says if you like dried out not worth the money then go but I know we won’t be back and will recommend to your friends and family not to go here.

We went here today, or at least tried. I broke my leg 3 weeks ago and finally got out of the house and suggested we try a new place to eat, we are fairly new in town. After taking every bit of energy I had to get to the door on crutches ,with several rest breaks they weren’t open. This was noon on a Thursday.

The Pub is The Pub! Its a good place to get lunch / early dinner while having a drink before it turns into the local hotspot for the college crowd . Its located downtown and within walking distance of several other well known establishments and can be shoulder to shoulder most weekends. Downside is that it is a small pub and their are no bar games like pool or darts! That being said, the service is good and the food tastes good and is reasonably priced.

Great stop on our jaunt to Vermillion to pick up spirit wear. Enjoyed drinks & a good meal. Staff was friendly. Was very busy & staff knew patrons. Tells me it is popular.

Server was very polite. The hot beef had a rancid taste to it. The cheese balls were over cooked. It’s more of a hang out rather than a have dinner.

Hopping place. I recently stopped in here on 03/15/19. I was last here in 2007. It honestly didnt change except for the patrons. Small wide open and inviting. Busy busy busy. Bathroom served its purpose. Bartenders were great. They take care of the DD’s. I observed how well the security worked the floor as well.

I had the greatest time at Main Street Pub. It was their Pride night with Drag Queen bingo. The staff was fun, engaging and everyone had a great time. Highly recommended!

I’m disappointed with the customer service I received at the pub.
I tried to play a song on the touch tunes app, and noticed one of my songs were skipped. I had played the song twice as it was a tribute to a friend who hadn’t arrived yet so played it again when they arrived. It was skipped.
When I inquired with the bartender to see if 1)she had the capability to skip and 2) if so, why did she skip, she was immediately combative and rude. I tried to explain the situation and explained I had lost credits (therefore lost money) and the bartender abruptly said that she did in fact skip the song and that she didn’t care about the money lost and walked away. I wasn’t upset about her skipping the song, moreso upset about the communication and service. I will not be returning. This was a scenario that could have been resolved with a more thoughtful approach.
