After years of great food the place has really went down. I was pleasantly surprised to get home and find my breadsticks were made with old dough. They had 0 rise at all in the dough as you can see. Either the dough was old or not made properly. These sticks should have never left the kitchen.

They totally messed my order up called amd told them and was promised a 20% discount on my next order called and placed a order reminded them about my discount and how my order got messed up when I placed my order then when picked up they decided not stand behind there word will start going elsewhere!

Normally have nothing but positive things to say, but tonight when I called to order 1 pizza, 45 minutes before they close, the lady that took the order was extremely rude. Answered with a sigh and a very annoyed “hello” I ordered and gave my name. And she says “10 minutes” as rude as possible and hung up before I could even say thank you. If you can’t handle being decent to others, Maybe don’t work in customer service. And definitely don’t ruin a great place because of your bad attitude.

Have always loved their pizza, we order it on a regular. Tonight I sent my husband to pickup an order, a Turkey sub and a small order of breadsticks. He brought it back and it was a roast beef sub not Turkey, no biggie, I still planned on eating it. Then I start opening it and the bread was completely raw and doughy, how that happens and goes unnoticed is beyond me. Took it back and asked for an edible sandwich, it was no better than the first one I bought. Still raw and mushy. Really disappointed, all I wanted was an edible sandwich.

Breckenridge was one of the better Main Streets until 2 yrs ago. The lack of help has hurt this shop, their hours have been cut and sometimes inconsisten. They have the best sandwiches in the Main Street chain and pizzas are always good. I hope they can fix their labor issues…
