Ok… Let’s do it. First of all, eating out is so expensive. Luckily, Main Street Pizza has a 10.00 pick up 14inch pizza. I ordered one and added pepperoni and sausage. It came up to $18.00. I picked up the pizza, and it was good. I will definitely go back. Go check it out it the old Captains Pizza.

I tried ordering food over the phone, but was set to voicemail. Upon going to the restaurant we helped the employee figure out their internet service was down. We patently waited about 35 minute for our food. When trying to pay, the worker told me my card was declined. The problem was not the card but that their system, was down. The worker then told us that we needed cash to pay. The workers told us to walk down the road to find an atm. We had to call a friend who drove 15 minutes because the workers gave us no options. The worker was extremely dismissive and gave us the impression that we needed to figure out how to pay when their system was clearly at fault. After an almost 45 minute ordeal it was disheartening that a local business would tell me to figure out how to pay when they we’re clearly at fault. I feel this business put their profit over caring for their customers experience. The owner couldn’t care less when called about the problem. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I recently visited and had an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding; the staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless and had a very welcoming atmosphere. All the employees were super nice, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The prices were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely loved and will definitely be coming back!

I ordered a large pizza with two toppings, kinda pricey, $25 ‘n change. Unfortunately, the pizza crust tasted like dry toast. (And I love eating pizza crust) I hope they eventually get it right because I’m a great supporter of Bridgeport restaurants. So, I will try Main Street Pizza again and just hope for a better pizza dough. (No dry toast crust).

It was my first time visiting. I will definitely not be going back due to the cashier’s attitude. She was very rude and condescending. I told her she gave me the incorrect order and she said I was wrong, and she became argumentative. I was eating in the restaurant… I brought the issue to her attention as soon as the food came out. There was no effort made to fix the mistake . Not a good look.

Great pizza! Location is nice as well! Had a great dine in and take out experience! The environment is so nice and would most definitely go back to it! Pizza was just right l! I recommend the crispy chicken topping! Wings were just right! Not too spicy and just right! One of the best pizzas in Bridgeport

New place, the chicken wings were good but was not to crazy about the pizza, It could have been the specialty pizza that I ordered will try again and order a cheese pizza and see if that makes a difference. The service was good and they were very friendly.

I ordered a large Pepperoni Pizza $17.99 and Spaghetti with Meat Balls $16.99 and It was horrible. The Pizza looked like one you’d buy from the freezer at a Supermarket. So it didn’t look good at all. The Spaghetti was pasta with dried up sauce and loads of cheese on it. Who puts cheese on Spaghetti, that’s the job of the customer to do. The Meat Balls didn’t look appetizing at all. I should have known by how empty the parking lot was not to enter the restaurant. The place was clean and neat from what I could see. I couldn’t see the kitchen. I’ll never go back.

Grandma pie is fantastic. Very clean including the kitchen(which i always check). Staff very friendly, they gave some free items with the order, not sure if because they are newly opened, but it was a welcomed surprise.
Think they are still working through some order ready estimates, but as they just opened it wasn’t a big deal
