Nice little “Diner like” feel. Food was good, service was good, very clean, had a TV. The Penn State Creamery addition was awesome if your a fan and can be accessible from inside the restaurant or go straight from your car to the ice cream window for a quick treat. Will be stopping again when I’m in the area to try a different dish!

Went for late breakfast 10-11:00 and was a little busy on a Sunday.
Service was friendly and prompt. Breakfast offerings were good and priced like most restaurants in Blair county. Will go back again.

Food not that great. Only 6 customers in the restaurant. Grilled chicken was tough and hard to cut. Baked potato was luke warm. Ordered a burger that did not taste good, could not eat it. Was told no more fresh meat. Everything is now frozen. ( except for the flies) . Used to frequent Irvins but not this place. First and last time for me. I go to carmosino’s now. Fresh meats from local butcher shop. Bread baked on premises, good food and reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

I have eaten in here and ordered takeout. No matter what, my food is prepared with care, always fresh and always hot. Main Street Grille has consistently been my go to when I don’t feel like cooking.

We come here a good bit… Food is good MOST of the time (pretty expensive) & the servers are very nice… Though i will note, there are always flies at the booths swarming around your head while you’re eating & it’s kinda gross.

Rather slow to get food. Even the table behind us complained for having waited an hour. However, the shrimp and chicken carbonara dish was delicious. A lot of food varieties for all critics.
