There was a ladies group I went to lunch with. Several of us chose different items.
The tenderloin was good, toasted bun with dressings. Side salad. Ham and cheese omelet, Turkey Bacon Club. All the food was good and service was great. This is actually the MONROVIA Family Restaurant. Good food made to order. Reasonable prices. Would recommend coming back to. There is parking in rear of the building.

I was traveling and decided to stop in Monrovia for lunch. Google maps brought me right here. I sat at the bar and received amazing service. The bartender Tonya gave me all the specials( there was a bunch). She told me her favorite and I went with it. Fish and chips . She also fixed me one of the best long islands i have ever had. This lady knows her stuff and drinks. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It was very clean, warm, inviting , and most of all delicious. I feel like this place doesn’t get enough recognition for what they provide. I will definitely be back if iam passing through. I hope Tonya is there to help be decide again. Thank you Tonya for a wonderful experience in Monrovia Indiana

We gave it another shot this week for lunch, we went last fall and wasnt impressed. We always see it being busy so we gave it another try all to say no, it isnt for us. We started with pulled pork tot nachos asked for hot sauce. Looked really good, the waitress never came back to ask if everything was okay. No sour cream for nachos and no hot sauce. This place seems to cater more to the regulars which is sad because we just moved out there. She came back finally after I had nachos almost done, and asked if we wanted another beer. Gave her the card to run and asked for a box. We will just stick with the small town pizza joint, they are very welcoming and pays attention to all the guests.

My husband and I can down to Monrovia to eat at the restaurant next door and was glad they were closed. The Main Street Bar and Grill was open and we really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. We had the fish and chips and a tenderloin sandwich. They were awesome! The Colts game was on and they were winning for a change. Light music in the background made for a nice Saturday lunch for the two of us. Trish and the other waitress that served us were very welcoming and provided great service. Thanks ladies!!

Such great food and great staff. The place is casual and the food is out of this world. Tenderloin is delicious, salads always fresh, specials? Well you better get in early they go fast but the surf and turf is the bomb! Come enjoy!

Monrovia Indiana. Small town gathering place. I had the Catfish bites, french fries, and Hush puppies. The catfish was good. The fries I didn’t care for but this should not reflect negatively on Main Street Bar and Grill. The truth is I really don’t care for french fries. The hush puppies had a very distinct taste and I was pleased these came with the meal. Overall, I feel this is a local gathering place and if a Tuesday night is any indication I imagine this place is very busy during the weekend. I listened into some of the conversations and it definitely has the small town appeal.

Excellent mom & pop pub. Nice variety of food on the menu. So much food we made another meal out of it. Love the homemade ranch! So good.
The waitress, Evelyn, had 7 tables and a full bar. She never got frustrated or behind. Great job!

Cassie was my bartender and she did an amazing job with recommendations on the food menu she also made some pretty good Long Island made from scratch kitchen I got a mix appetizer to try a few different things out the food was amazing hit the spot from the wings, Mac n cheese balls, home made egg rolls, spicy pretzels bits and min corn dogs definitely will be back and thank you for the great experience
