For a small town this place has big town flavor! Drove 30 miles to try another restaurant, but decided on this fantastic joint and wasn’t sorry in the least! Tried my luck with their Hawaiian burger and fell in love after the first bite. The sweet and tangy sauce paired well with the thick tender and juicy patty. 11/10 stars and will definitely be returning again!

From my first visit, it’s a family owned restaurant and the environment feels that way which isn’t bad. The food came out pretty fast to. The macaroni isn’t all that good, or the pizza burger. I got the wings though and their chicken and rice. As well as their fish tacos. Not bad.

This place is the best place to eat! The food was amazing and the service was absolutely great. I live all the way in Mason Hall, Tennessee, about an hour away from Medina. And it is well worth the drive and the money. Great food for a great price. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile! Their customers are their top priority. And want to make sure that you leave the full and have a smile on your face! I highly recommend Main Street Grill!!!

Updated: We get takeout EVERY Friday night since my first review. I still think the food is great….BUT it is only great when you get a good cook. We have grilled marinated chicken everytime. My daughter loves their chicken and fries. BUT it seems like it’s not the same cook each time. Some times there are different sauces on it(you would think it would ne the same each time) and it’s like flipping a coin if it’s gonna be to dry to eat or juicy and fabulous. We continue to go every Friday because its on the way home. I will say I have had to cook dinner many times after this food arrived home. Sorry but it’s the truth.
This a great steak and chicken restaurant. From what I have seen they really know what they are doing to the meat on the grill. They many other things on there menu that I have not tried yet but so far A+. The cheesecake was wonderful. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

my experience was wonderful! the food was hot and fresh and the burgers were amazing! our waitress morgan was the best! super nice and kept our drinks filled. i love coming here because it’s so laid back and family friendly!

I was recommended to eat here by a lot of locals so I was pretty pumped. First thing I noticed was the dumpster fire service I received, second thing was the owner treated his waitresses like it was his own candy shop to flirt around, and last was the lack of consistency in the place. Are you a burger joint, pizza place, or Italian restaurant? Maybe the later with how your employees yell at one another. Food was okay though.

Fantastic food! Burgers are seasoned & grilled perfectly. The twisted fries are awesome, they are crisp, yet tender and lightly seasoned. Their cheese queso packs a nice bite, it’s the owners own recipe….we told him not to change a thing. We have been three times and everytime the food has been great.

Our food was horrible. My steak was not cooked right and felt like rubber. The cheese on my broccoli was dried up and cold. My Texas toast was barely cooked on one side and still white on the other. Horrible food and the waitress ignored me when I told her my food was horrible. Even though I only ate 1 bite from my steak and nothing else, she charged me full price.

I have a hard time choosing what to eat every time I dine here because everything is just so good. I have had just about everything on the menu and it’s all been amazing. The owner is a friendly guy who goes out his way to make sure everyone is taken care of. The service was fast and friendly and this place was super clean and well-managed.
