What a find! We ordered the scramble with mushrooms, spinach, and cheese. It was so delicious, freshly prepared. I was blown away! Instead of bread it was served with a lovely salad with a slightly sweet dressing! So delicious. If you’re in a rush this place is not for you. But there’s plenty to look at while waiting for your food to be prepared. Fresh produce, local beer, delicacies, and bath products! I would have liked a smile when greeted but I didn’t want to take a star away for that! Also there is seating inside, outside in front and back!

If I could rate this place higher, I would! The shop inside is a little pricey but the quality is amazing! So many cool things in there. The main star in my opinion is the cafe side. The sandwiches and soup were so good! Jeffery (I think that was his name, apologizes if not!) was soooo awesome. Super sweet guy. Theres a nice area you can eat out outback that is right on the stream. cant wait to stop back in the next time im in the area.

The sandwiches here are out of this world. I had the smoked trout on a baguette and I had to take an extra moment to fully savor the deliciousness. I got a triple shot oat milk latte to spoil myself and went to heaven. I will drive the 90 min from Woodstock just to eat that sandwich again.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t let that fool you – it’s a full blown grocery and souvenir store, as well as a place to get coffee, breakfast and sandwiches. And it’s good at that, too.

Usually my friends and I have a good experience coming here, price is on the high side but that’s alright seeming how it’s fair trade. We came in today and ordered 3 drinks and it took us 45 minutes to get them into our hands. The guy behind the counter is constantly high on something which normally is just kind of funny, but he was fumbling with the lids, (trying for a good 2 minutes to get a hot lid on a cold cup) and dumping random cups of ice everywhere. On top of that the coffee I received is genuinely one of the worst I’ve had in a long time, it’s borderline sour. My girlfriend was also treated with a cute little hair on top of her lid! I’m unsure what is going on back there and/or if they’re having a tough time with staffing and inventory but for the price ($22 for 4 drinks including a soda) we expect at least the bare minimum.

Cute, little spot for local groceries. They have local meats and local groceries. The service was very slow. They have a good variety of foods and services. If I lived here locally, I would shop here.

Really wanted to like this place. Seems like they have a great selection of grocery items and the menu sounded great but the sandwiches we ordered were just not very good… at all. Bread seemed store bought and tasted old, fillings were ok. Overall far below what you expect for a $14-$15 sandwich.

I stopped here while driving through the area and half expected an overly curated, over-priced cafe designed to appeal to visiting Brooklyn residents/escapees. While this place does have an NYC feel to it (ex: it has a large supply of high-end tinned fish in fancy packages) and its goods are arranged in an aesthetically pleasing way, it’s not a gimmick. Welcoming atmosphere, super friendly service and excellent food. I got the eggs/arugula/avocado on multigrain toast (with smoked salmon added) to go—it was easily the BEST egg sandwich I’ve ever eaten, ever. Beyond that, the chef came out to chat with me, just because, and paid special attention to my allergy concerns. Expect higher prices than a typical highway pitstop (my sandwich was $15, though sizeable!), but exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend!

We have been coming very often since covid hit, and we bought a house upstate. We always stop in to get delicious vegan sandwiches and coffee. My sandwich of choice has been the Willowemoc, and my boyfriend always gets the beaverkill with fresh local trout! They also have perfected delicious coffee! The staff has almost always been friendly, but it seems that they switch out often. I only ever remember the barista, Jackson. I was worried at first that a kid was making my coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was the best latte I’ve had. He always seems to be doing something to help us, and I couldn’t be more surprised because no where else have I seen such great service. The market is very lovely too! Lots of unique selections with local items. The market staff is very knowledgeable and always helps lots.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing , and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is great, my favorite is their warm ciabatta rolls and Raspberry lemon tea.
