What an awesome find! Stopped in here for the “best Cuban Sandwich ” on the signage. It was a great sandwich and I know we’ll be back to try out the other offerings. A 1/2 sand and a cup of soup for a reasonable price. Hubby had the Turkey Caprese panini, which he loved and he usually avoids Turkey. He had the peanut butter pie which had just the right amount of peanut butter to taste it, but not enough to overwhelm. I had the Rasperry icebox pie to go and it was delicious later that night. The atmosphere is fun, the employees seem to love their job and actually interact with their customers. They were engaging enough that we actually got desert , which is something we almost never, EVER do 🙂 We will add this place to our list of favorites and stop here for either dine-in or takeout when we go through town on our way to hiking/biking/exploring the many areas of the Withlacoochee trail and connecting trail systems.

Greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Staff were wonderful. Our waitress was amazing. Could really tell she enjoyed what she was doing. She laughed, joked and made us feel welcome. We got Cubans for lunch and let me say they were amazing. All around a great spot to stop in for a bite to eat. Thanks Main Street Eatery for a amazing experience. We will be back.

We’ve just moved to Brooksville in August and boy, am I glad we found this place. My Cuban was delicious and my wife’s Reuben looked delightful. And their peanut butter pie (made in house) was so good!
The staff is pleasant and welcoming.
Make your plans now to pay them a visit. We will definitely be going back.

Main Street Eatery in Brooksville is an absolute gem! I stopped in for a meal and was truly blown away. The rice and beans were exceptional — perfectly seasoned, comforting, and clearly made with care. You can really taste the love in the cooking.

What made the experience even better was the service. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. It felt like they genuinely cared that I had a good experience.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. I’m so glad I found this place, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and heartfelt service in Brooksville!

My husband and I stopped in here after seeing their sign while at a traffic light. The menu was vast, our server was the best. My husband enjoyed his Cuban, and I loved the turkey with berries and provolone panini and yellow rice & beans. Of course I couldn’t finish it all, note to self, get ½ sandwich instead. I managed to save a little spot for the “Cobbler of the day” which was peach and awesome! All the homemade desserts looked great. We will be going back to this little gem in Brooksville, FL.
Highly recommend going here

I can’t even begin to explain how enjoyable this place is to eat.
Everyone who works there has a big smile on there face.
I have driven past this place countless time on the way home from work. Today my wife and I decided to give it a try.
The parking lot is the only odd thing, just park out back and walk around to the front. Since it faces main street.
I got the Cuban and my wife got a chicken salad sandwich then we split a very good piece of peanut butter pie.
The food was great and the prices are average.
But I think its the general atmosphere here that is most enjoyable.
You can serve great food but if you got a scrappy server it ruins everything.
I didn’t get our servers name but she was really the loudest server there lol.
Very good time we will be back 4 sure

The Cuban sandwich was perfectly pressed with a crispy crust and juicy layers of ham, pork, and pickles that melted together beautifully. The Cajun bean soup had just the right amount of spice, rich and comforting without being heavy. To finish, the peanut butter pie was creamy, decadent, and had a flaky crust that tied everything together. Every bite felt like comfort food made with care — definitely a place worth returning to.
