This was a quaint, locally owned diner that we found while visiting Rising Sun, maybe holds 30+ people. The place was clean. Service was good. They have a variety of jelly choices and I’d never heard of some of them. The spinach omelette was very good and it was steamy with every bite. I’ve never had an entirely hot omelette, not even at home. We were impressed. Employees were very charming. We will return. Now, I need to send a thank you note to add to their wall.

From farm to table. Good Ole fashion country cook at it’s best. Excellent owners and staff. It’s mostly a local stop for people who live there. They treat you like a part of the family no matter where you’re from. I highly recommend everyone experience their home style menu.

Great little diner. Very good food for fair praices and energetic and friendly staff. Owner is a vet ans great guy. Absolutely kid friendly. We are from Aurora and usualy only stop by Rising Sun after church. This was our first time there. If our tight budget allows we will keep coming here every now and then.
