After a day of hiking Main Street hit the spot. The buffalo fries were spot on, a little heat with be good, but they were super tastey and appreciate the shoestring size fry.
Garlic Parmesan wings were good but could have been crispier. Also had the sirloin, which was missing seasoning, but as far as diner goes I ate it all. I would certainly go back, but probably choose a burger over the steak.
The shrimp basket and hush puppies were spot on and will be ordered again if back in town.
Service was excellent and friendly,

I make a great brisket. I am a smoker expert. If I don’t want to wait 16 hours I go to main st. The brisket sandwich adding the Alabama white sauce is amazing. The portion size of the meat is exceptional. The real test is if the flavor of the meat is good without sauce. It passes with flying colors. It can stand alone with sauce complimenting it. It’s a hidden gem. But if you are in the area give it a try.

Sunday 11/2 arrived to have lunch placed our order which was a small pizza extra cheese as we waited for our food couldn’t help noticing the people who were behind us had already received there food an we still were waiting , finally after being convinced they had forgotten our order we went to ask for a refund on our small pizza with extra cheese and now we’re waiting again for someone to refund our money once this person came we were refunded I would like to say the person who helped us get our refund apologized many times even though she had nothing to do with this , my reason for the 0 stars in the review food an service is because we didn’t get our food which meant the service sucked

We actually eat here a lot. Sometimes more than once per week. Normally I’d have nothing to really even complain about. But today was different. Today my drink was empty for five minutes before I was asked if I needed a refill. The next issue was the server was more worried about talking to customers rather than getting our check. We waited for several minutes after completing the meal and was not checked on. So we went to the counter to let her know we were done. This hasn’t happened before. Maybe she is new. Hopefully she pays more attention to making sure drinks are kept full. More checking in would be also nice. But the food was amazing, as always.
Also, I love the christian music playing in the background. Makes for a great atmosphere.

The food is usually pretty good, but they are very overpriced. It’s really expensive for what you get. I appreciate having a small place to eat in slanesville but, at the end of the day it’s a few booths inside a gas station and should be priced accordingly.

Pretty tasty steak and cheese sub. French fries are salty. Reminds me of boardwalk fries. Maybe I should have used vinegar and not ketchup. Been going here since 2007. Guess I’ll keep going there. You should try it if you are on Rt. 127 in the middle of nowhere in Hampshire County West Virginia.

Not really sorry, Ordered in and they said it’d be 25mins no prob right, showed up and waited another 15mins to get wings and fries that’s it. The wings were over sauced and rock hard and the fires instead of putting them in a separate container they put them in with the wings so they were covered in wing sauce as well, 10 wings total and a small fry all in all costed over $16, not worth it.
