Love this place! We mostly order to-go but we occasionally come to the restaurant. They have a full bar, cocktails, and delicious food! Love the style of this place! Feels like home! Would highly recommend. The amount of food you get for your money is awesome!

I’ve been here before and loved it, so I brought my dad this time and it was just as amazing. I’ve tried Eggs Benedict at many places, and this is hands down the BEST. The hollandaise sauce is to die for and tastes real.
Maria made the experience even better. She is incredibly kind, one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had, and a hard working woman whose effort does not go unnoticed even by customers. Such a sweet person and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

We were in Old Town Lewisville the other morning around brunch time, so we decided to give Main Street Cafe a try. Old Town is doing a really nice job of revitalizing Old Town and this establishment is representative of the new life that this area of town is experiencing.
The menu all looked delicious. The dishes we picked were hot and fresh. We ate everything. They have an outdoor patio available that is dog friendly, so Buddy enjoyed eating here too.

So good! I’ll be back. Great prices and delicious food. They serve breakfast all day, which I love, but the potato chip chicken sandwich just sounded too good to pass up. Fresh fried okra and sweet potato fries. They have an onion sauce that is also very good. We sat on the patio on a Saturday evening. Pleasant and not too busy! There was a discount for paying cash for the meal, too!

Had an awesome chicken and waffles dish here! You would think chicken and waffles would be easy, but many places get it wrong. Some have soft spongy waffles, some give you tiny cups of syrup making you ask for 3 more cups, with some, the chicken isn’t tender. Main Street Cafe gets it just right. The service was super speedy, and the prices were excellent. We got out for $18/person, despite 2 mimosa’s and a brownie/ice cream dessert. The house is an older house, but very roomy with multiple sections and an outdoor patio. Strongly recommended!
