Went for dinner with my partner.

We were told it was busy and it would be about a 20-30 minute wait time, and that we could take a seat; we were fine with that.
Waited about an hour for the food after seating. I had two delicious local prickly pear margaritas in that time. My fiance had one mocktail version of that drink.

The food arrived and I had a delicious ramen bowl while my fiance enjoyed an amazing shrimp scampi.

Afterwards, we shared some Tiramisu with a banana cream that was made the day before.
Delectable.

It was a full house, with as far as we know, only two staff members. They were very kind and personable, they seemed to be working thoroughly.

It was a good experience overall. I appreciate visible effort from a comfortable environment. Great Job! Keep it up.

It came out to 85 dollars and some change for the 2 main dishes, 1 desert, and 3 drinks

Things to note:
I went to the restroom and they didn’t have toilet paper, only paper towels. I went back in and they stocked it back up. I felt uncomfortable letting them know right away as they seemed very busy, i didn’t want to be the nagging customer. They must have went in there and checked on their own. Good job team. Additionally, the lock for the restroom door is broken.

This place is NOT fast food! You will be waiting patiently for good quality food. It may be long wait times.

If you’re REALLY hungry you can order multiple dishes and take some to go.

Holy hell.
So good.
Hubz and I got the specials: shrimp scampi and power bowl.

I haven’t had a meal like this in a very long time.
It was very well crafted and thought out.
The mushrooms were “chicharroned” and fresh; chicken grilled just enough but not overcooked; greens well curated but not soggy or overbearing.

The shrimp scampi noodles were Al Dente; that is how it SHOULD be. The shrimp was juicy and fresh.

All in all, if you’re looking to stuff your face — don’t come here.
If you’re looking for a culinary cure and quality food — come here and come back numerous times after that.

The chef knows what he’s doing.
He is very skilled at his craft.
If your palate is wanting for something real, come here; you won’t be sorry.

My absolute favorite place to hit every time I’m in Bisbee! The food is fresh, delicious ( to the mouth and eyes! ), and locally sourced. The service is always warm and welcoming. 20/10 recommend the Birria Ramen!

Definitely will be back.
Pesto, to die for. I could have eaten that by itself. So delicious.
Birria was so good, some of the best ive had in Arizona.
Lemon bar was fantastic, perfect balance between sweet and tart.
Highly recommend, the owner was so easy to talk to and you can tell he really takes pride in the food he creates.
The drinks were so good too!

Wow! We absolutely loved this place. We had an incredible version of chicken and waffles made with lion’s mane mushroom instead of chicken—so creative and delicious. The carrot carbonara, also meatless, was absolutely fantastic. We also tried a couple of Sonoran hot dogs—very tasty as well.

We’ll definitely make a point of coming back the next time we’re passing through. We might even make a special trip just for the cheesecake chimichanga—it was fire!

We had a great experience – the chef/owner is so kind and talented. We tried multiple items from the vegan menu and they were all excellent. The special was an incredible pasta with carrot “bacon” with locally sourced ingredients. Everything was so delicious and thoughtful- would recommend everything from the vegan menu.

The vegan chicken and waffles and po boy sandwich was amazing. The wait is a little long but there are only two people running the restaurant and it was worth the wait especially if you want actually good vegan food. Overall, I’d definitely come back again and highly recommend this place in Bisbee.

Forget That
What a gem! Fresh, locally sourced and unique all-around from the food and drinks to the environment. The chef is incredibly talented and serves the food straight from the kitchen. We wanted so many things but ordered the chicken pesto panini and birria tacos, melon margarita and spicy watermelon slushy cocktail. And the vegan lemon black raspberry delight to finish the lunch.

We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I’ve been here 3 times now and finally getting around to writing a review. The entire menu is health conscious. The owner does a good job of making great dishes without compromising flavor or taste. We’ve tried the Biria quesadilla, pumpkin curry, mushroom sandwich, Chicken pesto, seared tuna salad, panini. A majority of the menu items. Zero complaints. All were delicious and spot on. Owner is vegan and can create anything vegetarian and/or vegan. Just a great place. His dishes are great, and we look forward to new menu items. We love this place and highly recommend it.

This was a top 5 dining experience of the palette. Mike made us a pumpkin curry soup that had layers of flavors. Mike grew the pumpkins that were in that meal. We also had an marinated arrachera meat in a flavor soaked tortilla that created a wonderful crisp. We also had a pesto pasta that was perfect. I had Mike’s version of a “white russians” (best ever), and a “mango like margaritas” (best ever). Providing exquisite food and watching the grand satisfaction of his patron is Mike’s ultimate pleasure. I wish there were more people who operated like Mike. The person i dined with had tears of joy tasting his dishes.
