Main moon is a good reliable place to eat. I enjoy going in there and seeing different faces working in the kitchen as well as familiar ones. I’ve never had a single problem with them and I’ve had them cater my parties before. Their style of cooking is superior to other Asian restaurants I’ve been to/seen and they are friendly. They appreciate the business and I wish more success for them in the future. I don’t understand the bad reviews. The popcorn chicken is always crispy and hot. Cashew chicken is good and their vegetables are always fresh. Beef and broccoli is very satisfying. My mom’s favorite is the crab rangoon and egg rolls. I’ll never get enough of this restaurant and the best thing about them is their authentic Chinese style and design inside. Only thing is, you have to remember to grab the sauces yourself and they are easy to forget. Anyone claiming they don’t know how to cook proper American-Chinese meals are out of their mind. Much better than some of the other restaurants I’ve been to in the area.

Decent prices for decent take out. Definitely one of the better Chinese takeout places in the area. We drive from Alden because Main Moon tastes better than many of the other places.

We ordered food for our stay in the hospital after my wife gave birth. The food made me want to jump out the window. Sesame beef tasted like sweet and sour sauce, i could only eat about 5 bites before i had to throw it out, which is not cool. The lo mein was bland and the chicken and cashews was blah. We had ordered a combination platter but didn’t receive the eggroll or rice. Very disappointed.

I have never written a review of anything but I am compelled to share my experience… I ordered several years back and remember it being terrible so today I thought maybe that was an off day… well when you could find a piece of chicken inside the batter of my orange chicken dinner all you found was a tiny nugget of stringy chicken leather that I just couldn’t chew or eat. Horrible food the bar b q ribs was just charred bones. Beef and broccoli was slimy. 4 piece chicken was burnt and fried in old oil. Fried rice plain. Never again!

Honestly the worst customer service you will ever encounter. There are two other similar restaurants on transit close by that you will get much better food and service. The owner lives by in a small apartment. Twelve people live in the small two bedroom and work off there rent by working in the restaurant. Please don’t promote this slave labor

They are Incredibly rude and food is bland and seemed old… They messed up my order and when I went back they tried to get me to pay for them to remake the order correctly. Would not recommend.

I’m usually a Chinese Buffet fan, since I can create + mix and match whatever I want at an affordable price. But I have to say for your basic Chinese restaurant they are one of the best at making altering meals if you want certain things added + mixed together. Their soups are also very good.

Went there to pick up an order for my wife. They were pretty rude to the other customers ahead of me (cutting off the guy mid-sentence to answer the phone) & being generally unprofessional, seemingly annoyed that people were ordering food… 2 days later I got a notification that they automatically added a tip… excuse me? I specifically didn’t tip due to their rudeness & unprofessional actions. If my wife asks me to pick up something from there again, I’ll be paying cash…js
