You need to go to Main Moon if you want authentic Sichuan cuisine, and not American style Chinese food. You can go there for that too, the restaurant has a generous selection of food, but ask for the Sichuan side of the menu, and ask about it. The manager is proud of the food, the cuisine style, and has excellent recommendations. I personally starting out with the cucumber and garlic in spicy oil. It is delicious, spicy and refreshing to crunch into fresh cucumber. I also recommend getting tO dishes and sharing with someone, or even with two other people. The portions are copious. I finally leave my review after having gone there at least ten times.

Person at counter was rude and dismissive and when asked for napkin and sauces- gave 2 sheets of napkin and basically three packets at bag while I held it open. Food tasted good, but HORRIBLE customer service.

Chicken is very over cooked for the general toas. Some people may prefer that but not when u have teeth issue. I can say the sauce they use is very good and the chicken is covered in the sauce, better than some places.

This is the BEST Chinese food. Please do yourself a favor and make sure you try Main Moon if you are in the area. I’ve had ALOT of different Chinese food Spots and this one is a sleeper, making it even better. The rice is delicious, the Chicken & Brocolli, Boneless Spare Ribs & The General Tso’s is the PERFECT spicy. I moved to Wappingers falls & I will be making the drive to pick up food.

We ordered from here on a recommendation. I don’t know what people think is good Chinese food, this isn’t. It’s not that it’s bad, it’s the blandest (I’m not even sure that’s a word) Chinese food that I have ever eaten. Somehow, this Chinese restaurant forget how to use soy sauce and ginger. The wings were red!! They weren’t hot wings. Just weird. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.
