I ordered… fine I understand it snowed one day outta the week so it took about a hour to get my food understandable but I ordered one plate just one The rice was undercooked and hard the meat was overly sweet for some reason and the texture was slimy like old oil or meat that’s been reheated and the crab Rangoon was literally empty I never call back about bad food but this was just horrible my dog wouldn’t even eat it

The drive was super nice, bordered online so not much human interaction. However, the food is what I’ve been looking for, for years. Best Rice and chicken fingers in the area hands down.

Third time ordering, missing items, receptionist was nice but could not replace, not spending $60 a meal to go without 1/10 of the things I ordered, out of the three times I asked for these items to be replaced, this time they’re offering to replace the soda, the plates and the condiments, the first two times I lost $10 worth of items each first time order of chicken teriyaki, second time two spring rolls one soda, this time half the chicken teriyaki, missing one soda missing condomints, I offer all three receipts and a testimony and the only thing they’re willing to replace is the soda and the condiments please do not spend $60 at this place like I do for nothing I will admit the receptionist is awesome she can only do so much it doesn’t make up for my hard-earned money please figure out the receipt yourself don’t let people rip you off

Food is good. Traffic on the corner to get there is a little in the busy side but staff are always nice and food is good. I would recommend it.

The beef terryaki they say is “their style” sold us grayish looking meat smells rancid!! Wife asked for a replacement meal or a refund and they denied her both. Saying she was wasting their food. Thank the lord she didn’t eat the food because when it was returned back to the store there were roaches coming from around the fridge where they keep the beverages . Also the “meat” that they prepared for my wife was told to me that it was prepped earlier that morning. It’s 4 pm when we ordered her meal… and the gentlewoman or man or whatever it was “UN” was their name is a disgusting customer service representative…. I highly suggest the board of health to check that place out meat was a funky color hair in the freaking rice like this can’t be real and not even trying to fix this atrocity..

Their food is delicious and their prices are reasonable. Every time I order for my family and I I’m very pleased with the portions and the free 2 L is always a great bonus. I order from them at least once a month If not more. Best fried crab ragoons around!

JUST GOT MY ORDER. First time ordering and I never leave reviews because I really don’t care for this stuff, but I just had to for this restaurant. First things first my order arrived after an hour, but that’s not the worst part. The food is disgusting!!! The rice is good but the red boneless spare ribs are so dry I choked and I’m not even kidding. They’re leather and charcoal. The dumplings are the doughiest dumplings I’ve ever tasted it was like biting into a an uncooked bread. Never again!! First and LAST TIME.
