Fun, food, and games for the whole family. Main Event has games for more mature audiences such as pool, bowling, and the trightrope. There are also many arcade style games to choose from. They have LASERTAG!!!

Adults looking for a night cap or a few brews to enhance the evening, can swing over to the bar. Hungry? They’ve got pizza, chicken, burgers, and fries.

Should you find yourself in search of a venue for a party, Main Event has great party packages for reasonable prices. Event availability fills up quickly, so don’t wait, call now. They’re waiting…

Well the atmosphere is wonderful, I love the wide variety of games. The only few problems I had were 1: the basketball games were hot and miss when it came to releasing the balls to start the game. I had to get credited twice but that’s was okay I was able to play connect 4 bball and that was fun. PAC man was cool but the sticks seem like they are sticky. So for the most part it’s lots of fun.. NOW for the worse part of my experience. So tell me why I bought 3 of the activity/ food and game passes and when the kids went to play laser tag one of the guns was not working properly. So my child told CHRIS that she was having an issue and can you believe this man told her “o well nothing I can do about
It”. So when I asked about it he played like he thought she said her vest is broken ‍♀️ but even still the correct answer is NOT o well idk or I can’t help you. Makes no sense to say that in any situation. Soooooo long story short I asked Naseem how do we fix this and he told me to write a review and the next time I come I would be able to run a round of laser tag with all the equipment working. Chris sweetheart maybe it was some miscommunication but the answer is never “o well I can’t help you “ kindly find someone who can. Other than that thanks we had a great time .

My husband and I went there to take our there for her birthday. We bowled three games and played a few arcade games. Although we had to take a Lyft to and from, it was well worth the trip. I would say for the best bargain days and times on Monday-Thursday before noon, but Goggle or call first to see if they have seasonal events or reservations for parties.

We arrived early for our scheduled party; however, we were not seated until after 5:15 PM. Once seated, there was a significant delay before the pizza was served. When it did arrive, one pizza was burnt, and there was no plain cheese pizza available—only pepperoni.
Additionally, we were informed by the party host that our group would need to retrieve our own drinks. This caused repeated interruptions, as members of my party had to enter another party area where the drinks were located.
The platter chicken that was served was old and dry. Due to the size of our group, we chose not to raise the issue at the time and were simply appreciative that food was being served.
We were given game cards and told that the VR and laser tag were included; however, no time was scheduled for these activities, nor were we escorted or informed when to begin. We also waited nearly an hour for the Fun Sundaes to be brought out so we could sing Happy Birthday. After waiting a long time, I spoke with the host, who stated they were in the process of being made.
Eventually, my sister and I walked over ourselves and found the Fun Sundaes only partially prepared and not made as advertised. Much of the ice cream had melted from sitting out too long. We were told a certain ice cream had run out, yet the sundaes continued to be made while we stood there. Later in the evening, we observed another table receiving properly prepared Fun Sundaes, which was very disappointing.
By that point, the children were tired from waiting, and because everything had taken so long, we allowed them to play. When we gathered the children for laser tag, we were told that we were not scheduled and would need to wait until 8:45 PM, while parties scheduled after ours were allowed to go before us. No host informed us when to begin laser tag or escorted us to the area, unlike our experience last year.
This is the second year in a row that my party has been mishandled, and it has left me feeling that my family is being treated unfairly for reasons I am uncomfortable to mention. (We have a blended family) I am very disappointed with this experience.(Have attached pictures of the sundaes they received vs what we were supposed to receive)

Went with a group and had unlimited passes for the day. Laser tag was a favorite activity. The bowling lanes were nice, and the space was clean.

We had a four or five hour time block, but maxed out on energy after 2-3 hours—we had already done laser tag 4x, played two arcade cards, done the rope course, eaten lunch, and bowled!

It was quite loud, so sensory sensitive people may struggle a little bit.

Great place to escape the seriousness of the world and have fun. Overall great place, but some of the arcade games were rather unflattering. Our waitress, Elle, was amazing, as well as our bartender, Tanya.

While attending with a group, we experienced problems with the lane 7 pin setter. The bowling is a timed event so I was hoping our time would be extended due to the issues with the equipment. The attendant attempted to get our time extended so we’d be able to finish the last three frames of our game. She was told our time was up and they weren’t able to extend it. She tried and I thanked her for her efforts. Seemed unethical to me and I really thought about posting a one star scathing review, but I felt that what I wanted to communicate would be ignored. The bottom line is this…. The bowling lanes are not regulation lanes and will frustrate any serious bowler (not an oiled wood surface). I don’t think that is their target customer. If instead you’re satisfied with a colorful, simple fun time rolling a bowling ball with friends and food, this may be okay for you. Don’t expect to achieve anything resembling a 200+ game. I don’t believe it is possible. The Main Event has much more than just bowling for family entertainment so it would be unfair to rate them only on their bowling lanes. IF you require serious bowling time, go elsewhere. After our time was over and we were leaving, I was offered a card of 1 hour of free bowling by the courteous and polite manager, but I declined given the condition of the lanes.

I brought my kids here for the all you can play pass specific for 10/13. The advertisement online said they could play any activity as many times as they wanted as long as we paid before 12:00 pm and left by 5:00 pm and the kids passed the height restriction. We bought the passes and then were told after purchasing that the gravity ropes were closed. This was confusing because there was a sign with the price for activities open-5:00 and a different price from 5:00- close. We were not informed of this closure before purchasing the pass. Once we found out, Maya at the cash register apologized and said she would add $10 to each child’s fun card. Gravity ropes is for $9 and the kids could have played it multiple times with the pass had it been open as promised in the advertisement but we agreed to that because of how sweet Maya was. Later her manager AJ Harping refused to add the $10 dollars and said he could only add $5 because it was a promotion pass ( even though the promotion included gravity ropes). His attitude was condescending and humiliating. He made me feel like I was asking for charity or a handout. Later Maya came back and apologized even though he had belittled her too instead of empowering her and acknowledging her problem solving and customer service. Also Larry from laser tag came over and apologized saying the kids could play laser tag as much as they wanted. Thank you Larry and Maya for making sure our kids had a fun time despite AJ harping attitude and the unexpected closure. I will be complaining to corporate because they should have asked to be removed from the promotion if they can’t live up to it and should always treat customers better than the way I was treated.

Games are fun for the price you pay. Paid for my kids to play arcade and bowling they had a good time. When it came to being able to order food and sit down and eat I was advised I would have to sit at a high top table where my son would being sitting in a high chair a foot below the table. I asked about moving to another section and was told they didn’t have the staffing to open a table up for my wife and kids to sit and eat I was told are only option was to sit at a bar and if I wanted to have a table in that section I would have to wait until 6pm when a server came in to open it up and they said it wasn’t guaranteed that one would show. Server didn’t arrive until 6:20-6:30pm. When we finally were able to eat my daughter’s burger came out to the table and it was raw. Reported this to the server and showed her the meat was pastie pink. The server took the burger back to the kitchen where I was advised the cook refused to make the food correctly. I was advised the cook argued with my server stating the burger was cooked well done when it wasn’t. Server advised me they were going to take the item off my bill but when I received the bill the burger was still on the bill. When it comes to service I ordered a drink and was brought an empty cup and told I had to go to the other side of the bar and fill up my own drink. For a family of 4 cost me approx. 120$ for the day with bowling and arcade games I will definitely seek to go elsewhere in the future for a little more money and receive better service.
