We went for our sons birthday party and we were attended by a host named Matthew, if it was just him I was rating he would get 5 stars for everything! He was so very kind, very attentive and professional. We had a good amount of people and I didn’t see a single drink go dry, we had everything we needed, we really didn’t even need to ask for anything at all. The price for our purchase was beyond fair. We had a party pack with bowling, laser tag and game cards for all the kids. Pizza and drinks were included as well and a table for us to have our cake and sing happy birthday. The facility was clean, as were the restrooms and game area. Bowling went great and I did not attend laser tag but I did hear it was great. My daughter did the sky walk and I was happy with the safety check ✅ it gave me a boost of confidence in the experience. My son did the human crane and that was so fun, no real line and each person gets a prize. The only small issue for me was that so many of the games would take money and not work, and those game cards are not cheap to refill. I do think it’s a little too loud, that might be a personal preference but it would be nice to be able to communicate easier with our host and locate children. Otherwise, great place, I recommend it.

My son had a great birthday party with his best friends here. We got the Birthday Your Way with an extra activity add on (bowling & lazer tag) package with sliders and pizza. The sliders were huge, like small burgers, plain and dry, as most kids prefer. Kayla and Ava were the sweetest and most helpful party hosts. They were ready to help with blowing up balloons, setting up the bowling, and making sure our guests were taken care of and comfortable. They explained the contract and itinerary and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this Main Event for kids birthday parties

Great Place to Visit in San Antonio
Pro: This spot is perfect for a fun day out! It has a variety of activities, including pool tables, laser tag, bowling, a massive arcade, gravity ropes, and a spacious seating area. The food menu is extensive, so there’s plenty of options to choose from. The indoor temperature is just right—comfortable enough for short sleeves, not too cold or hot.
We had wrist tags for unlimited games, which was awesome for enjoying all of the activities.
Con: While the place is mostly great, the bathrooms could use some attention, as a few soap dispensers were out of order. Some arcade games weren’t working either, which was a little disappointing. On a positive note, there’s plenty of free parking, so that won’t be a problem when visiting. However, there isn’t a designated area for small children, though you can still manage by sitting them on your lap while playing.

09DEC25: Came here a second time for a birthday party that my son was invited to. Both times were great. Party was over at 7; but I charged up a game card, and my son and his friend had some more fun for another hour.
This place has the booze! So, I grabbed me some beers and watch them play the games. Good times. Thank you.

Great deal when you buy before noon. All you can play bowling, laser tag, and 10 dollar arcade cards for 15 bucks until 5. You have to add a 5 dollar shoe rental too. Main issue was the disgusting restrooms, they smelled putrid. Also the sky rope thing was closed so I felt I was cheated of the deal. But other than that I reccommend for birthdays my sister had a great time! Such good selection of games to play

We went today and the service sucks. We sat to bowl and nobody came to our table, we had to go order or own food. We were about done bowling by the time the food came. This was the loaded fries BTW. A few dry fries are missing, $10 for this. Waste of money.

Was having a casual get together with friends so didn’t reserve table and just took our chances. The hostess was very accommodating and moved tables together for us.
Dinner was very good and our waiter as well.
Next came bowling which I had reserved for to avoid a lo n g wait. Was told the best way to reser e was on the website online so that is how I made the reservation for 4 lanes/12 owlers/12 pr. of shoes/2 hrs of bowling which came to a whopping $425!
One would expect to have some semblance of ser ice for that amount of money but NO, when we completed a game and wanted to start a new one, we had to track down an attendant to clear the screen so we could start the new game (which wasted time I had purchased). No one ever came to the lanes to see if we needed any food, drinks, etc…WE GOT NONE OF THAT.
During hour two of our bowling there was a mechanical failure of some sort which affected 2 of the 4 lanes I had reserved so the attendants were trying to fix it which consumed the rest of the time I paid for to the point that the bowlers left.
When I asked if I’d get a refund for the time not used (for bowling) I was informed that I could have a gift card for the remaining time. I did not want a gift card because frankly I wasn’t planning to ever come back but, was told that was the only way they could refund my money because I made the reservation on their website (which is how I was advised to do it). I wanted a credit back to my card.
When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they were out-of-town and wouldn’t return for a few days.
VERY DISAPPOINTED with the whole mess and will indeed NEVER return to any Main Event!
