We went for my daughter’s Birthday & my kids & grandkids bowled & ate a couple of appetizers & played games. Our young waitress was surprisingly attentive & seemed to enjoy working there as well. We will definitely be back should we go out like this as a family again. They do offer VA discount in bowling as well.

Jake and his team took great care of us. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and the noise level was well controlled. Our friends had their newborn with them, and one of the team members thoughtfully asked if they needed the baby’s milk warmed up. It was really nice to see that they pay attention to those small details. I was also impressed that we could comfortably hear each other and enjoy our conversation.
We will definitely be coming back. This visit was on a Friday night. Keep up the good work.

Main event provides an overall great experience. The food is good,lively and clean environment, and very welcoming team.
The food came out hot.
Bowling was good. There were a few technical issues that were immediately resolved without impact to our game or time.
The arcade selection is a little limited.
One issue that lowered the score. Lazar Tag. The staff member working the area that Saturday was not very attentive. He was sitting inside the area not acknowledging players. There were no instructions when we entered or started the game.
Very enjoyable experience with the exception of laser tag.

We celebrated our kid’s 6th birthday party with his friends and he had a blast. He enjoyed bowling, arcade, and laser tags and had the best happy smile in his face all day. Highly recommend !

The overall experience was great. This was my first time ever visiting this establishment. We were celebrating my son’s 10th birthday. My initial experience was with the young lady name Meesha who was answering the phones. I was calling to get some information prior to my son’s party. She repeatedly answered the phone said nothing and then hung up in my face. The other times she just let it ring. When she finally did answer and say something. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he was not there. I said so there’s no manager in the entire facility she then proceeded to ask me what it was about as if she didn’t know it was regarding her terrible service. Detric on the other hand was phenomenal. Even though he was stationed near the door, he repeatedly checked on us during the entire party. Our party host was great as well. The party manager was sincerely apologetic and informed me my grievances would be addressed and even gave us extra playing cards. Lucky for us one bad apple didn’t spoil the bunch

So here we go again. Went Sunday 11 am because my son wanted to go bowling. This time nobody asked if we wanted to order anything for a solid 30 minutes after we started playing. Again this was Sunday at 11 am so place was not busy. 20% occupancy at most. Same story employees walk by looking at the ceiling like they are searching for butterflies. Interesting though the person that showed to take our order 30 minutes into the game was the same person from my previous review. But that shouldn’t Mater any of the other dozen employees that passed by us in those 30 min should have asked if we needed anything. Mind you im standing at the table with the menu held at chest level, so plain to see i wanted to order something.
Guy at the counter not friendly either, sarcastic and belittling with his tone.
Then to top off the amazing experience. A man showed up before we had even finished the game and started cleaning the table moving our personal items as we were eating. Only thing he could have done worse was remove the slice of pizza from my mouth. Again when food was delivered no napkins no plates and nobody to ask for some. I ended up going behind one of the service counters and getting them myself because nobody was there.
Awful absolutely awful service and its a shame because the actual facility is nice and well organized. Clean floors etc..
So we visit this location regularly when pinstack is full. We enjoy the food combos and open lanes, pinstack is always full. So when we arrived the waitress attending out area was quick to ask if we were ready to order to witch I replied that I needed a few more minutes to get settled in. Immediately after that she vanished. I spent the next 15 minutes or so trying to get someone to take our order, the place was not busy by the way. I asked other employees who walked by to help us to witch they replied she will be with you shortly tic toc tic toc another 15 min went by before she re appeared. By the time we received our order we were 45 mins into an hour long bowling session no napkins no plates. Again she vanished and again I had to flag down other employees to ease bring us plates and napkins. When it came time to leave again nowhere to be found to bring us the bill and nobody else would help. Again the place was not busy

Went on Wednesday 10/8 when it was pleasantly empty. Paid 27.05 per person for an unlimited pool bowling and lazer tag. Stayed from 11:30 until they were about to close. Spent about $80 on arcade tickets for a group of 4. Added unlimited mini escape rooms for $5 to the pass and the young lady who helped us was helpful. There were 2 10 minute options and both were rlly fun. We only played laser tag once because the person who worked that slightly seemed like we were bothering her. The VR games were fun. Bowling was fun we were on lane 16 and the pins would fall before we would even bowl which was slightly annoying. Ate pizza, wings, fries, icecream and the chips and queso were my favorite. Wings were lukewarm like they were cooked first and waiting for pizza which was super hot and had huge pepperoni. Will likely return on a weekday while kids are in school. Had a blast.

Asked for a plain and dry chicken sandwich and it came back fully loaded with mayo. Told them we ordered a plain and dry chicken sandwich. They replied they remembered we did order a plain and dry sandwich and apologized. 30 seconds later they came back with the same chicken sandwich that they scraped everything off of. Still had the mayo. This is a huge issue if/when there are food allergies. The staff wasn’t great. We paid for an escape room for the kids and there wasn’t any staff at the escape rooms. Had to find someone to start it when we had a scheduled time. We got a late start. Bowling was fun.
I’d eat somewhere else before going there to play. Top Golf or Dave and Busters is better.

I came in on Valentine’s Day around 10:30pm and made may way up to the counter, my boyfriend and I were inquiring about the wait times on the bowling and pool tables, the “manager” was taking care of us was very rude and short! We paid for the bowling and when I asked if they had military discounts he didn’t say anything and looked very annoyed so my boyfriend asked if they had it to which he said he already applied it and proceeded to slam the receipt on the counter. I get it’s a busy day and time but there was no need for all that hostility his name was moe and I guess this isn’t his home location but the attitude was not needed specially if he is a “manager”.
