Came here to celebrate my birthday and go bowling with the family, we had a great time. The process of securing a lane was easy and getting set up was a breeze. We were even walked through the rules. David was amazing and helpful! Will definitely come in again!

I came in over the weekend for the first time for bowling the lanes are newer and well kept! There is plenty of bowling balls. The food menu looks great. Over 40 per person per hour. The shoes i got were pretty dry rotted. Music was fun. Large arcade area! Lots of fun stuff.

We had a great time at Main Event! David and Kayla took care of us while we were bowling and they were both fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and they checked in on us just the right amount without being overbearing. Their great service really made the experience even more enjoyable. First time coming here, I thought that the atmosphere was very family friendly. I like how they put distance between the bar and the arcade area so for adults on dates, it was nice to not hear as much of the children at play. We ordered a burger trio as an appetizer I was very surprised at the size of the sliders And the flavor was good however, I would’ve liked a little bit more sauce added to it. Lastly, I had ordered a Shirley Temple because I didn’t want to drink alcohol and my server asked me if I was pregnant after checking my ID because I didn’t want to drink /order alcohol at 4:30pm other than that the server was Friendly, but I felt like the question was very nosy and quite frankly none of his business

We brought sons and their friends last night for our son’s birthday celebration. Online advertised the all you can play passes for $20 but when I went to the checkout to purchase them the employee said he had never heard of it for that price. He was friendly and made the adjustment but it was initially going to be about 60 dollars higher than advertised online. We started out bowling and waited about 20 minutes and nobody came around to take our food and drink order. I had to go up to the front to request a server . The lane glitched for about 10 minutes and we were told the would add more time onto our bowling session . It never happened . The kids were excited to go to laser tag. The 2 employees working the prize counter next to laser tag may need some more training. I’m sure you can see in the cameras the female at the counter did not look up from her phone once. The male barely spoke or made any acknowledgement to my wife. 2 other employees in the laser tag room (I believe 1 being a manager) said they were fixing some equipment and we had to wait. Nobody ever even came back to the laser tag area so I believe they were just unwilling to help and just didn’t want anyone else to play after the game before just ended. Nobody gave us a timeline or even offered a refund. The kids were disappointed and we were charged for an all you can play pass but only got to bowl and play pool. I think the employees need some additional training on customer interaction .

The food came out cold and the pizza tasted like it came from a grocery store. For the money you pay, you’d think the food would be at least alright. The lady who served us (pink shirt, bun, and a mask) was wonderful. Wish I knew her name. She made things right for us, so I gave 5 stars for service.

Had a great time bowling at Main Event! The lanes were nice, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was really fun. David and Karri were so helpful serving my group. Definitely a great spot to hang out with friends or family.
