Honestly surprised by the food. Everything we ordered was good the my wife’s Brussel spouts was awesome, they were crispy and seasoned wonderfully. My buffalo chicken sandwich was good and the breading on the chicken was still crispy. The one letdown was the side cesar salad. It was pretty wet with dressing and had eggs. Service was okay, he was friendly but never offered refills. We had to flag him down for the check because he was hanging and talking to the other servers in the private party room.

What a bummer. My server was playing pool, and had to be interrupted in order to seat me. Placed my order with them at the bar, asked no onion and mayo on the side. Water came 5 minutes later and the food about 10 minutes later, luke warm without mayo. I waited 10 minutes to have the mayo dropped off. No apology, no nothing. The cheeseburger sliders must have been previously cooked due to being dry and not having much flavor. The fries were tasty even at room temp. The food wasn’t worth the $15. My plate sat at my table and was never cleared, even after two more visits to the table. I left 70 minutes after I finished the food, and that plate still layed there. Fortunately I don’t care for mustard, it was expired. When I pointed that out, I was “told oh, ok.”
I hope it was just an off night..

We booked a party to celebrate a 16th birthday, and we were not disappointed! Plenty of activities to choose from, and the food was great! Gavin (manager?) went above and beyond to help us with a slight issue we had. It was easily resolved and everyone had so much fun. Highly recommend! There are plenty of party packages to choose from!

TERRIBLE service!!! The ladies at the bowling desk are extremely rude and racist! I came with my family thinking that we could have fun and payed for two hours but at the end of the first hour they told us that the time was over. When we approached the desk to explain that we paid for two hours and even showed the receipt we where told that there’s nothing that they could do about it cause now they have a waiting list and left us talking to our self. I never write negative reviews of places but they where so rude and dismissive that I’m beyond angry because of this ladies.

So last night 10/25/25 was one of the best nights we have had in a long time without our children. We came to Main Event to Celebrate our 8th Wedding Anniversary And our waiter was Weena, who was AWESOME We told her what we were doing and after ordering our huge Fish Bowl of Ice cream we were Blessed with pictures a paid bill and a Teddy Bear And a bowling pen inscribed Happy Anniversary. We had a great time at Main Event! The laser tag and rope course were both a blast and offered a lot of fun for a fair price. The arcade was also enjoyable, with a wide variety of games. To our surprise, the food was actually really good, and the service was decent. I’d definitely go back, but I recommend checking out the specials first, as there are some good discounts to be found. Overall, a fun spot for a day out with plenty to do!

The Main Event appears appear to be a fun family environment with a lot to do, especially for the price. The activities are fantastic, especially for the value.
However, do not waste your money on the food. It is over price mediocre taste, and the overall service is less than seller. Our kids got their food and timely manner and while we’re waiting for our food, the waitress had us pay for the entire meal, which I thought was a bit peculiar and suspicious . After about 45 minutes I finally got my burger which was done incorrectly and they didn’t even apologize and acted like they were clueless And I demanded my money back because by that time, I didn’t even want it anymore it’s been over 45 minutes In turn, save her money and stick to the activities and eat before or after.

We hosted my daughter’s 7th birthday party at Main Event today after having such a great experience last year, so we were really excited to come back. Unfortunately, this year’s party was a big disappointment.
Last year, our party host immediately greeted us, took shoe sizes, drink orders and handled everything smoothly. This time, I had to leave the party multiple times just to get bowling shoes for the kids. When I asked about drinks, the host told me she was not planning to take drink orders until the pizza arrived, so parents ended up serving drinks themselves while the kids were already thirsty. I’m not just going to tell the kids they can’t have drinks for an hour until it’s time to eat..
One of our lanes (Lane #9) stopped working several times, and because I could not find our party host, I had to track someone down for help. I was told I would need to go back to the bowling desk to address it, which added more running around. Our party host mentioned giving us additional time for free, but we did not receive that mentioned time. When it was time to eat, the food was brought out and it was good but after that we were largely on our own. We refilled our own drinks, opened gifts and had to search for plates for the cake ourselves.
Near the end of our party lane time, our host finally appeared and handed out the fun cards and to go boxes. She was kind but the overall service was lacking and very inconsistent compared to last year.
One of the main reasons we chose Main Event again was because it is usually advertised as a low stress option for parents, with hosts handling the details. This time, I felt just as stressed and disorganized as I would have if I had hosted the party at home. Compared to last year’s experience, we were really bummed.
