We celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday at Main Event Jacksonville, and it couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive. Our party host took care of every detail, allowing the adults to enjoy themselves just as much as the kids. The food arrived on time and hot, and the kids had a blast with the bowling and video games. Seeing my granddaughter’s smile was worth every penny! Highly recommended for families.

Came in with a party of 7 for our friend’s birthday. We collectively probably spent between $500-$1000. We waited around 2hrs for a table, another 45-an hour for a server to greet us, & half the games we tried to play were broken. A staff member at the prize counter was able to refund us the points multiple times, but after a certain point, we were just really dissatisfied with our experience & asked for a manager to discuss a refund or some sort of compensation for the money we spent.
The GM, Destiny, told us that by signing our receipts for our cards that we were essentially signing a contract that said we would not be refunded for any reason. We didn’t sign any sort of waiver so this is completely untrue & essentially told us to get lost.
We won’t be back here ever again & will highly disuade any friends or family from visiting here. I will be escalating this to corporate because this is all completely inexcusable & unprofessional. I would not be writing this review if we had even been offered some slight form of compensation or resolution to the poor experience we had.
Only stand outs were the bartender, Mark, & Daquan at the card counter. Great guys & they’re really pulling their weight for the chaos around them.

What a fun experience! It was my son’s 6th birthday and we all really enjoyed. We did all the games for a few hours, got decent snacks and yummy drinks ( Alondra made the best ones- bloody Marias were AMAZING) then played bowling as a family. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a great time.

This place is going downhill fast. I’ve loved coming here ever since it was Latitude 30, but tonight completely changed my perspective, and I will not be returning.
The customer service from the moment we walked in until the moment we left was absolutely unacceptable. My sister was celebrating her 46th birthday, and when I arrived, she and others in our party had already been standing at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging them.
We then went to the bar, where we waited another 10 minutes before I finally had to ask if we could order a drink—no one had approached us or taken our order. We had a bowling lane reserved and assumed that would result in better service, but it was actually worse.
After signing in and starting our game, 10–15 minutes passed before we had to track someone down just to get a waitress to our lane. Even then, the service was rude and disorganized. While taking our order, the waitress walked away twice saying “I’ll be back” without confirming anything, forcing her to return just to finish taking the order for our party of six.
Because of this, the food came out piecemeal—some people never even received their food at all, and not even the drinks arrived at the same time. We played an entire game before everything was partially resolved.
When we spoke with the manager, Sydney, she focused more on blaming the kitchen than taking responsibility for the poor service we received. While she did offer one free bowling ticket, it won’t be used, as we have no intention of returning. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were also extremely dirty.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a birthday celebration. Sadly, this visit ensured it will be our last.

We didn’t eat but played alot of games. The staff was friendly and helpful. The expresso martini was not delicious, unfortunately. It came out of a machine pre-made.

Huge shoutout to the bartenders, Allondra and Teddy — they were super friendly, attentive, and kept the drinks coming. The whole team really makes the atmosphere fun and welcoming.

We didn’t eat any food. Victoria wanted a game of laser tag as part of her birthday and this is the place for it. In and out with just the four of us playing.
The workers get you checked in pretty quick, especially with no line but they don’t participate. If you want more excitement you may need to determine if others are registed before entering the game, the employees don’t joing even when there are only few players.
Overall, Victoria enjoyed the activity.

We were there last Saturday 2/28 celebrating a family members birthday. We got in line (which was super long) & opted for one of all you can play activity bundles for 7 of us total which included a food entree. We arrived at 1:45pm & were advised there was a 2hr wait for a lane. No worries there as it was busy being a Saturday, we opted to play some games. After a bit we decided to get some food, waited a bit for a server but was finally seated. Server took our orders then we were pretty much ghosted. After 30 minutes still no drinks & server no where in site. We had to flag down on of the food runners just to get our drinks. After waiting over an hour some of our food arrives we eat but still missing an entree for one of our party. After almost 2 hours the final entree comes out. We were told it was busy with many orders ahead of ours but people that came in after us got thier food. You would think being busy food would be hot & fresh. It was barley luke warm at best & fries were cold & soggy. Mind you all this time we only saw our server once. Now it’s 4:30pm lane still not available (should have been by 4pm) so we play more games. The bundle included many activites but the only two at this location is bowling & laser tag so that was a disappointment. Now it’s 6pm been there over 4hrs & still no lane. Now it’s 6pm & we decided to leave as we had other plans. Now me & my wife our home for the evening watching a move & we get a text at almost 9pm saying our lane was ready, is this a joke? So after over 7hrs we can now bowl? This was a horrible experience, so disorganized & slow. We won’t be back as there are many better options to choose from. Not worth the over $200 we spent.

We made reservations over 2 weeks in advance for my daughter’s birthday to do the pajamas and pancakes theme offered on the website. From the beginning, I stated we would be paying extra for the parents of the children attending to eat breakfast with everyone as the kids are all 7 and under. I gave them a proposed head count of adults and children. The party coordinator and I spoke often regarding the details and updated guest list. However, upon arrival I found 1 small table with enough chairs for the children only. I was told I was only paying fod the children to have seating to eat, even though I was also paying for a lot of extra food for all of the adults. How does that make any sense when this was preplanned and I am paying for all this extra food and they were aware of the number of people eating? So I then speak to a manager who said he would “make an exception so I didnt feel like a failure”. The entire place was still empty at this point with over 8 empty tables available. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. After that was settled, we did receive food and seating for everyone but it certainly didnt run smoothly. No one got any drinks until all the food already consumed and we were being rushed to go to the bowling activity. I do want to point out the two female workers assisting us were very kind and patient but didnt seem knowledgeable or skilled at handling a large party, but again, they were wonderful. All in all, my daughter, our family, and her friends had fun but I would not recommend this venue for a party. With the amount of times we spoke on the phone and the price we paid, there’s really no reason those issues should have occurred.
