Lots to do here. Card loading process is easy and fast, and you can manage your account online. You can get toys out of the claw machines, but often the claw is too weak to even budge the larger stuffies.
Food is convenient but pricey for the food. Service was friendly but eemed way understaffed.

This place is perfect for kids and parents! There are so many different arcade games, air hockey, laser tag and bowling. They serve food and have a bar. This place is worth every penny you spend!

We celebrated a birthday here. Food was good. Pizza crust was surprisingly light and yummy. Smash burger taco was also good. As for service when playing games, few employees were around. Maybe that’s because it was a Tuesday. Last, spruce up dining area and improve customer service and this place would be awesome.

On Saturday, June 28, I toured the Main Event, a multipurpose recreational facility in Huntsville, Alabama.
It certainly seems like a VERY nice facility with a large variety of interesting choices of activities to entertain the entire family.
I look forward to returning indulge in some of their many offerings.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked a $160 VIP lane expecting a premium experience, and it was anything but. Our dedicated server repeatedly forgot about us, leaving us sitting with no service. When someone else was finally sent over, instead of fixing the issue, they asked about the check three separate times while basic service was still lacking.
This was supposed to be a special night for my wife’s birthday, and it completely missed the mark. Poor service, zero attention to detail, and no sense of urgency or care. Definitely not worth the VIP price, and not an experience we’d repeat.

First time at Main Event! I will definitely be back! I had such a good time! Dinner bowling and drinks! We spent about 120 with everything. We got beers, a sprite, round of bowling. I got the sliders and more tray. Everything on it was delicious!!! I loved the presentation! The place was extremely loud but it was a happy loud. Games, food, laser tag, and prizes for those that like that. It’s an exciting place where if I had little kids, may end up chasing them every where! I totally recommend Main Event! I don’t even see everything they had! Great date night!!

Nancy is the absolute best server we have ever encountered before! She helped me and my wife from the moment we walked into the front door. She answered every question we had even told us about the best deals for food and game play! She met us with a warm smile and gave the best hospitality we could ever ask for being this is the very first time we walked through the doors! Thank you Nancy for being amazing we will definitely come back just because of you!! Give this amazing young lady a raise ! She definitely is the definition of customer service and what it should be!
