I took my son to Main Event, and we had an amazing time! It felt like we had the place to ourselves, which made it even more special. We started with bowling and then hit the arcade—there were plenty of games to choose from, and everything was working great. The staff was attentive and made sure we had what we needed the whole time. Overall, it was a fun, stress-free experience, and my son loved every minute of it. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been to multiple Main Event locations and this is by far the worst. No service at the host station. Zero birthday parties planned on a Saturday in February should have signaled something was off! The food came out before our drinks because the bar tender was so slow. When I went to the bathroom and saw how dirty the floor and clogged sink, we decided not to eat here. The manager was kind but they are under staffed, with dirty bowling shoes and food debris everywhere!

We were stuck in Grapevine after a missed connection flight for the start of our honeymoon and decided to stop into Main Event for bowling. The team was incredibly accommodating and made for a very fun day despite the circumstances! Could not recommend them enough!

$47 to bowl for 1 hour for 2 people with shoe rentals is ridiculous. Main Event recently switched their lanes to have their pins on strings, for those unfamiliar each bowling pin is connected to a string that makes for easier lane upkeep and reracking system but it totally kills your pin action and plays more like an arcade game than actual bowling. I realized the pins were on strings on our second frame and asked management for a refund, they offered to put the money on a game card and I obliged because we like to play the arcade games there often and I didn’t want to be difficult, the main manager only puts $40 on the card and is overall a pretty rude guy, I’ve had another encounter with him having to refund our card from a game not working where he was mister grumpy pants also. Several of the arcade games also having problems. Used to love coming here but probably won’t be back to the lane changes and poor service from management.

Very disappointed. Came in for a work event and most definitely didn’t help. Went to the bar and the Operation Manager Jeff did NOT help and ignored us to the fullest. Served everyone but us. And it’s empty I’m here. I am very disappointed. Tristan was not very nice

The cost of bowling plus shoe rental for 1.5 hours is outrageous. Service was alright. Most of the staff just stood around and huddled around a game near the entrance. Didn’t buy food as we ate prior. I reduced my score to 3 after thinking about it more. Probably will never go back.

Had been here to celebrate a birthday. The booking process was seamless for a group of 10 , we did the 3 hour unlimited pass + laser tag and included the VR games too. The hostess was amazing and the service spot on. They did manage the kids and their expectations well, the we had brought our cake and the hostess did help with setting up , cleaning and managing the group. The space was clean, games had variety including the normal arcade games and some new ones. Kids had a lot of fun. Tried some food at their small resto bar. Food was ok, service top notch. A ‘will come again’ place.
