We just had my son‘s eighth birthday party here with all boys. Vanessa did a great job coordinating and booking our event. And then Carlie did a fantastic job managing it! I found it had incredible price point value and the boys had a wonderful time.

The front staff (where you decide the package you want and how long etc) was attentive and helpful. The gentleman who helped us (I’d say maybe hes a manager) was super helpful in helping us get the best package and bang for our buck and even have is some cards for bowling for the next visit. Through out the visit he was making sure everyone was good and cleaning while engaging with guest. We had 5 kids with us and 3 adults and he is actually what made this visit okay for us. We played some games and did some bowling and as we bowled we ordered food and drinks and that’s were the visit flatlined. We order the pizza the wings the bread and we received the food no napkins no plates no utensils. I had to go find someone to get us plates not realizing the utensils were needed to and still no one even after realizing we were handed food without plates our server never came to just do a 2 minute check. (2 bite/2 minute rule is important for this very reason, IYKYK) so now I’m going to find utensils and napkins. She kind of chuckles about it with I’m sorry he (referring to the gentleman who dropped it ) didn’t give yall anything with that and walks off she was the server. She took the order, the drinks and was fast to ensure we paid at the end!! Lazy that was nothing short of a person wanting to make sure she got her tip but didn’t have to do the job. She should have got plates napkins etc after the order was placed before food came out to make sure of for some reason she wasnt the one running it her guest were still taken care of. It was frustrating to say the least. Food and bowling kind of seems like common sense to bring napkins and lots of them. Had it not been for the older gentleman up front just doing his job and engaging with us our experience wouldn’t have been good. He saved the day. After spending close to 1k for this I don’t think the experience would have been worth it had it just been the other employees around! So thank you gentleman from sat October the 4 2025 around 1:15ish until we left after 5 thank you for caring and for being so attentive. You went above and beyond and it mademy son’s birthday bash. I wish I’d gotten his name but next time I will make sure to do so

I’m very disappointed!! I invited my friends out for what I thought was going to be a great time I paid for 5 special wristbands that give you unlimited access to all attractions and bowling and paid for 2 twenty seven dollar play and eat for the kiddos. So to make a long story short we were placed in lane 2 and a couple was placed right next to us in lane 3. Next thing we know the guy was very aggressive towards his wife and it started verbally and then it escalated to physical. I had my 1 year old granddaughter and my guest kids to and when that happened they literally almost hit us with whatever he threw at her. I immediately told the guy about it and no one came to do anything. By this time my guest and I was very uncomfortable and uneasy so they left. As they were walking out the guy was extremely rude and aggressive towards the manager Kat and so was the lady. I waited until the left and informed her of what happened and told her it was so bad and unsettling that my guest left and didn’t get to enjoy what I paid for. So I asked for a refund for that because we didn’t even get to enjoy ourselves and do anything. She told me No unfortunately she couldn’t but offered me free 1 hour bowling but I said ma’am I paid for the full experience not for a hour of bowling and they should’ve handled that immediately. She then says to me next time let someone know and I told her I did and infact the guy is right there but I was met with he just started working here 2 weeks ago. But please explain to me why is that my problem and I feel like if you are a guest and your trying to enjoy yourself you shouldn’t have to deal with chaos and abuse right next to you. I don’t think I will be coming back here at all. This was all around just a negative situation and experience for myself and my guest. I’m very disappointed and definitely disgusted with this. And to add insult they gave the aggressive guy and his wife a refund like how does that work it’s insane.

Review is about 2 months old, but went for my daughter’s birthday. Used a package deal and she had a blast. We didn’t do a party, but she still enjoyed herself regardless. We also ate and had a great interaction with the manager who was very nice from beginning to end. It wasn’t crowded when we went, so it felt like we had a very personal experience. From the maintenance guy repairing the machines to the bar lady who was managing the bar and the tables. The service was great and the food was great. It was definitely a great experience and we will be back.

The place has definitely gone down a lot and we were here on a busy Sunday and there was NO host and the waiters and waitresses are stretched out thin and the quality of food is now just so despicable. We usually come here for our children’s birthday because of the birthday gift packages that they have and unless you have something like that going on – the food will be dry and the servers won’t care about you. Over salted fries, dried bread buns, sliders are mid, the pizza at little Caesars is luxurious to the pizza. We came for the games basically. Also there was a person vaoing in front of our children and NO ONE CARED!

We had our huge family here today! Emma did an amazing job all alone! She brought our food orders here quickly and our drinks! She kept checking on us and one of my daughters came in late and loved that Emma knew every one of our names! She was so professional and personable! I hope she’s here the next time we come! We were here from 11:30 AM until 5 PM! Excellent service! Aaliyah checked us in at the front when we came in! She was amazing. She was so helpful all day long and with just the best attitude and smiles! I hope she’s here next time as well.! She remembered who all of us were as well! These two girls need to stay here for a long, long time! All the kids and adults had a fantastic day!! Thank you ❤️ ❤️

We had an excellent experience at Main Event. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and everything was wonderful. The staff member who assisted us was very kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. We felt very well taken care of, and the celebration was a great success. I am very happy with our experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Main Event is such a fun and well-run place! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is energetic, clean, and welcoming. There’s so much to do—bowling, arcade games, laser tag, food, and more—so everyone in our group found something they loved. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which really elevated the whole experience. The food and drinks were better than expected for an entertainment venue, and everything was reasonably priced for the value you get. It’s the perfect spot for birthdays, group outings, or just a fun night out. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Coming here has been a nightmare. We wouldn’t have gotten the 2 hours of bowling if we had known that there would be an entire middle school coming here. Chisholm Trail is absolutely outlandish and they have been out of control from the moment they stepped in the door. Bowling for 2 quickly became bowling for 2 and whoever else wants to step into our lane and take our bowling balls. The kids at Chisolm trail would frequently run into guests and even play around in the restroom. I get it, I’ve was that age once, but never was I the kid to run into adults and not even say sorry before continuously sprinting to the bowling lanes they were not assigned too and steal bowling balls. Couldn’t even use the arcade machines because they would just run as if they were unsupervised.
Dear Chisholm trail band. Shame on you.
And shame on Main Event for not informing the guests paying the high fees for bowling when there was an entire middle school coming into the establishment without informing guests.
What a nightmare. Never again.
