My family decided to go to Main Event to celebrate my son’s birthday. Their wristband deal was great. Each wristband was $21.99 and it included laser tag, bowling, pool, and the ropes course. They don’t ask if you’ve been there before or offer any info when you purchase. So make sure to ask questions. We didn’t know how bowling worked and when we went to get a lane, they were all full. The kid running the desk said to come back in 20 min. After 20 min, we returned, only to be told that we didn’t put a name on the waitlist. We didn’t know one existed because we were just told to come back in 20 min. So we had to wait another 20 to 30 min. for a lane. The arcade was decent. They had a handful of unique games I had never seen, including VR. They were pretty expensive and the prizes sucked, both in quality and selection. I wouldn’t waste too much on trying to win tickets.

Very racial profiling. The place is nice pizza is great but definitely will not be returning. Did not feel welcome at all employees did not pay us any attention when we needed service after spending a nice amount of money in there. Manager was trying to help but also seem to be a little weird also. Co workers all was whispering and looking our way like they had something to say. Mix up them employees that would be a start

We held a Players’ Night Out event at the Main Event for our soccer team. We had a fabulous time. The execution from their staff from beginning to end was outstanding. Diamonds helped me plan the event and maintained excellent communication leading up to the night. Jonathan, Lexi and Ian were great hosts on site and helped us keep the good times rolling. Our girls enjoyed bowling, food, unlimited gravity ropes & laser tag and 2 hours of video games for an excellent price. The only negative points were how the unlimited beverages were handled and the wait staff’s lack of experience. (You have to clear up dishes after a table cashes out their checks). Jonathan made sure that these negative points did not overshadow our good time. We will definitely book another party here in the future. Thank you for a successful night.

Very pricey, no one tells you that you have to pre book your times for bowling or laser tag, and to top this off the candy you get with the tickets is expired by 2 years. My kid spit it out and said ewww I tried one and that’s not what it supposed to taste like. It expired 2 years ago!

I was thinking this place would be like a grown ups Chuck E Cheese, but I was wrong! I needed help, but I did climb the ceiling thing and was amazed how brave I actually am. The landing on the platform was a bit ugly, but it was ok for my first time. I came to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday. I think this place is extremely clean and the tv’s are definitely where you would want to watch a big game. Overall, I was immensely impressed. I appreciate the discount for veteran’s at this location.

This is perfect place to get a good workout, laser tag was fun and exciting, rope challenge helped me face my fears, the zip line was awesome, the food was delicious we had the fajitas bar with steak & chicken. Staff was very easy to work with and pleasant. This is a great place for ” date night”

We took our son for the day for his birthday. The host at the main desk was friendly and helpful with helping us decide which package to get. The facility was clean along with the restrooms! My son did the rope corse for the first time and the staff was extremely patient and helped guide him.

This is a really fun place for families and groups to gather! The facility is huge. They have bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and even a ropes course.

One of the food stands was closed, but the one at the bar you were able to order food.. take enough money with you because wings (quantity wasn’t mentioned on the menu) and fries were around $17. Overall, it was a fun time at this place.. they had a very huge Pac-Man game (unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of it this time), the screen was at least 10 feet tall, 8 feet in width!! On Mondays, you can buy an “all day” game pass which will work on about 90% of the games there for $12.. this deal is from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. If you love video games, this is the place to be!
