Espresso martini with an added shot of Baileys that was recommended by Isabell was perfect! I also had the hot honey pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. Great food amd service all the way around. I greatly appreciate isabell!

Our waitress kept forgetting about us, first she forgot to put our order in, then she forgot to pick our drinks up and bring them to us, then one needed corrected which took even longer. It took a half hour just to get those and by then we were halfway through our game. The food was decent the fries were great the cheese was lacking in flavor and amount. We would definitely return for the amusement part but not for anything the requires personal service.

Its a great place for dates, parties or just families getting together.
The games and bowling/pool ticket can add up quick but the staff is knowledgable about the price menu. A lot of staff but all are very busy, respectively, and we werent pressed for time so definitely didnt mind. Matt was a great server!
Also try the double cheeseburger because MY goodness! One of the BEST I have had in a loooooooong time!

Great place to have some family fun . The food was pretty good , and drinks were nice but don’t expect a heavy pour due to the family environment. We went on a Sunday wait wasn’t bad at all, but the bartender was handling the bar ,and the section of tables so it took her time to come back around . Good wings they made em crispy the right way , and smash burger tacos excellent. Staff was super nice !

My son (8yo) and his friend (9yo) had a blast here. They were slightly disappointed because the zipline wasn’t open the day we went (a Tuesday evening). However, going on a weekday also meant that it was much less crowded and less noisy. I assume that it would be too noisy to talk comfortably on a crowded weekend. They were also able to go to the laser tag several times and play any of the arcade games they wanted to. I’m sure this would be a great place for a kids’ party.
As for the food, it was mediocre and way too expensive for the amount and quality of food we got. In addition to failing to accommodate my friend’s gluten allergy, the kitchen also failed to keep the sauce off of the cheeseburger my son ordered. They caught the mistake and tried to scrap the sauce off the bun and burger but my son, who is very picky and can be hypersensitive to tastes, textures, etc, refused to eat the burger with even that amount of sauce remaining. But I will say that they did make him a new burger, after I specifically asked, which my son said was delicious. The service and wait times for food were long as well. Given that it was a weeknight and there were very few customers, I can only imagine how long it would take on a typical weekend.

I booked a party of 10 for my daughter’s 12th birthday at the avon location. I was surprised when we showed up that we were getting a party “table” rather than a room but no big deal. The kids spent 20 minutes eating and the rest of the time they sat there bored before moving onto the gravity ropes. My son was measured twice by our party leader (?) And he was good to go until they finally walked over to get set up. He was told he was too short and was completely bummed. He was measured again at the register to be sure and was tall enough but by the time they were willing to send over a manager he was too upset to partake. I then purchased an additional $50something on arcade cards so he had something to do while he waited. The kids were then onto laser tag and were in and out in what seemed like 10 minutes. They all even commented about it being too short. Then the arcade games (each one received $20 cards) and this is the only thing I can’t complain about surprisingly.
Overall, the did have fun. But spending over $300 for a table, pizza, 15 mins of laser tag and one round of gravity ropes, I can say I won’t book a party there. Maybe a something to do on a whim situation with only 3 kids. I assume the experience was just my own because when i researched it had pretty decent reviews.

The food was really good and Peggy the manager was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to help with my son and even got him markers and a coloring page.
The game section is the WORST! 10 games took my card but then didn’t work. Then was told to talk to the front desk for assistance. Then told they can’t do anything for us…. Love it. Wouldn’t come back here again. Waste of money and time. To top it off they have no games for children under 5 years old….

I took a child there for a friend’s birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. The place was insanely crowded and it was very disorganized. There were long wait times for the birthday party activities to begin. When the arcade games did not work after swiping the card, there were no employees to help reset the games. The food at the restaurant was too expensive and the pizza was $4.69 per slice. It looked festive in there, but We will not return.

Arrived at 10. Bought four all you can play passes. Signed up for laser tag. Game started at 10:15. 3 or the four vests we had were all faulty and kept disconnecting. After three attempts we gave up. Decided to do gravity ropes. Took roughly 10 minutes to get harnesses on. We ended up being on the course for about 5-10 minutes before we were told to come down. Went to sign up for billiards, and bowling at the same time so we didn’t have to wait in line again. Then stood at the bar trying to order 3 drinks for 20-25 minutes. Finally got our drinks. Went to sign up for laser tag at the ticket shop(no one to be found there for 10 minutes) Friends were losing interest and about to leave.(Partially due to a lot of the arcarde games either not working or working poorly. Just as we got a text for our bowling lanes being ready. We went to get our shoes and start bowling. The lane was defective. Kept not pick up the pins and knocking other pins down. Finally just gave up and left at about 1am or so.

Awful experience today at a Main Event birthday pancake party and the games on the arcade floor. The “hosted” party was anything but – the two assigned staff members rolled their eyes, stood around and watched the parents serve the kids food and coordinate all the activities, and elements of the breakfast weren’t brought out until after the kids had finished eating such as the syrup. They presented us with a bucket of assorted bowling shoes instead of handing out the correct sizes after 20 minutes of waiting and being kicked out of the party area, the “hosts” disappeared rather than engaging with the kids, and we started bowling so late that nobody got to finish their frames. There were no goodie bags, drinks were brought out one by one and we had to ask for each one. No refills were offered and we consistently had to hunt down a host to ask for things.
Once on the arcade floor, 80% of the games were broken or operating funky. The air hockey tables were all damaged or out of service and the only working one didn’t blow enough air to move the puck. Fruit Ninja was on an error screen, the lane masters were glitching and only giving out one ball at a time and a man was crawling up the machine to get a stuck ball (with no staff in sight to help), one basketball game had a broken ball gate so it was sending all the balls out at once but none of the points counted and the other was taking credits off the card but not dropping any balls, and various other machines would subtract credits and then fail to start game play. Quite a few games had “Out of Service” flashing on their screens. We got reimbursed for 2-3 different games that ate up credits before giving up and leaving. Even the people at the front desk seemed unsurprised that customers were lining up to complain about the games.
As I was leaving after having complained at the front desk, a staff member pulled me aside and told me that she’d had the same disappointing experience the week before when she brought her family to play. Evidently the technicians don’t want to come in to fix the games? If that’s accurate and they’re aware of the ongoing issues, Main Event should not be charging people full price for the significantly sub par experience. Perhaps they should even close the doors for a few days for a tech and facility reset and staff training.
Parties at Main Event are way too expensive for that many frustrations and hearing that it’s a known problem that hasn’t been resolved in weeks is frustrating. We’ve been to many parties at this location in past years and this was ridiculous.
