I’m just disappointed in a lot of the games not functioning. As much money it cost for everything, this many games should not be out of order. On top of them not working there isn’t even signage informing you of that. Pieces of machinery left on the game floor which is definitely a hazard with the many people that are operating inside the event space. I played air hockey with a friend and it barely blew air. The pucks didn’t move and it didn’t even show the score correctly. It just makes you wonder where the money is going towards. Had a fun time but it would’ve been better if I could actually play the games.

The disappointment is real! Pictures below are if the bathroom. No soap in the dispensers! 2 toilets out of order and no sign on the door. 20% of the arcade games were out of order. Our table at the bowling lane was dirty and had dirty dishes from the previous people. Asked for a server so we could order food, no one showed up. Customer service person who rang us up when we paid was acting like us asking questions is such a bother for her. Never again am I spending money here!!

My girlfriend and I came here to have Some fun and play some arcade games. Unfortunately, a lot of the games didn’t really work the way they were supposed to so we ended up having to get our card refunded for the points that we spent on games that weren’t working. DULZ the manager who worked there, was very understanding and kind about the situation. And went above and beyond to try to make sure that we were accommodated and left out of there happy. We really appreciate you for going the extra mile to make our experience better.

This is a fantastic spot. They have fun things for the whole family and the vibe is really enjoyable and warm.
The food is actually fantastic and the prices are very reasonable.
I come mainly for the bowling (and food) and I think it’s the best bowling alley in town.

I recently hosted my son’s 10th birthday party here. It started a bit rocky, but ultimately ended on a positive note.
When my wife first arrived, the room wasn’t ready, and she felt as though the staff may not have been aware of our reservation. The party was held in La Bella Pizzeria, which was a nice, private space, but there were no signs on the door indicating it was reserved for a private event. As a result, I had to inform several walk-in guests that the space was booked. Additionally, the soda machine’s ice maker was broken, so the drinks weren’t quite as expected.
Another concern was the pricing. While the per-child rate of $26.99 felt fair, the additional $100 service charge, after already paying the full tab and leaving a tip, was excessive in my opinion. Especially considering I had already put down a $100 deposit. For 16 kids, the total came out to about $600. The service was great, but that additional charge makes it difficult to justify having another party here.
That said, once I arrived and met Navarro, our host, and Willis, the manager, things turned around. After speaking with Willis, he made sure we were taken care of. Navarro was a great host, and from that point forward, everything ran smoothly. Most importantly, my son had a great time, and that’s what truly matters.
Overall, while there were a few issues at the start and concerns about pricing, the service from Willis and Navarro made a big difference and helped the party end on a positive note.

Horrible experience. Everything that they advertise on the website was false. The only thing they had was bowling & laser tag. TGE pizza was marked $18 I paid $30. The pizza wasn’t fully cooked it was doughy. The girl in the picture was very rude had a smart mouth talked to my kids and everyone crazy!!! I spent $150 to do nothing!! Only 7 arcade games worked!! Everything said coming soon!!! A waste of money won’t be back!!!
