This was a buffet. The selection was adequate. Hence the 3 star rating. That said, if I were to have ordered off the menu the food may have been fantastic. Yet, I am only rating the buffet. Servers were attentive and efficient. This is located in the Crown Plaza where I stayed while in Knoxville.

This restaurant used to be great ! Now,crab legs served cold. No oysters Rockefeller, ran out of prime rib and peach cobbler. We dined at 6:00. At $120 for 2 people we were disappointed.

Please go to this please If you crave snow crab legs and want to eat as much you want. With $49.99, you can eat fresh snow crab legs, fresh oysters, green mussels, crawfishes, cooked red shrimps, prime ribs, and more! It’s not like a super size buffet, but still you can definitely enjoy flavorful selections.

Went for Easter Brunch 2023, had reservations but waited 45 minutes beyond reservation time. Food was buffet style and just warm not hot, dried out. Not worth the price by a long shot. The wait staff were friendly and did a fantastic job. Won’t go back next year for sure due to the condition of the food vrs the price.

The food all looks very pretty, but after tasting it I am curious why the cooks hate food so much. The food quality would have been questionable for $20/person, but completely unacceptable for $50/person.

Complaining about the food is one thing, complaining about the service on Easter Sunday is another. That 40 minute wait time should of been expected, actually it should of been unexpected you should of expected to wait a lot longer regardless of it being “just for a check”. 5/5 to balance out the undeserving 1/5 stars from that guy. Why mention what your son did eat yet not bother to list what was offered, kids are picky and brunch on Easter Sunday isn’t exactly chicken fingers and grilled cheeses. Your review isn’t so much a review doesn’t seem fair

The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty, portions were good, and it was fast. When I travel to Knoxville again, I will definitely eat there again.

Our family was so looking forward to expierencing Easter brunch at Mahogany’s. It was suppose to be something special, a nice treat and we were all excited. Upon arrival we walked through a wonderful display of desserts and we were all starving. I wish I could keep such a positive story going but, the rest of our experience was a utter disappointment. The food was less than desirable. My son ended up eating a buttered roll and a cookie. After requesting our bill 3 times and after 20 minutes my wife finally went to the cashier and paid without a ticket. $155 for 3 people who barely ate. To charge as much as they did and offer such a poor selection and quality food on Easter Sunday is a disgrace. We will never set foot in this place again!!!

We had been eating here for Easter for a few years and then Covid hit. We were excited this year to return but ended up very disappointed!

They ended the seafood buffet a few years ago. There is NO signage about the restaurant…it’s hidden inside the Crowne Plaza…no signage inside the hotel either. Only one person in the kitchen? Service was good, and the food was alright.
