Today i went to Maharani restaurant woth my friends and we tried pani puri which was beyond my expectations as it was more perfect than indian pani puri.Then we dinened in and tried some appies which was super delicious and well cooked.in main course too they provide full quality as well as quantity. The food was good. Staff is nice and accommodate for any customizations to your dishes and make it fresh. Some curries were on the sweeter side. But aloo kulcha was delicious. Restaurant has a good vibe too.

The food quality of gol gappa is ok, but the service and quality is terrible. the person at gol gappa stand had no smile and the portion of potato was not enough even for 2 gol gappa. I packed 15. I once dined in for food and the food quality was so bad. I called them after checking the packed order and no certain response was provided. see picture..

I ordered Amritsari Kulcha Chola and found hair inside the kulcha, which clearly shows poor hygiene and careless food handling. This is a serious health concern. When I contacted the restaurant to complain, they did not take responsibility, gave no proper explanation, and offered no solution. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and irresponsible. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant. Customers deserve clean food and respectful service, which was completely missing here.

Although I often visit this restaurant with my family as i liked their food so much which is full of flavours and well cooked but this time a girl named Pooja impressed me a lot as she is very kind and helful. Later i come to know that she is the manager of the restaurant but she was very down to earth and kind towards nit only customer but her staff also.Seriously love her dealing with customers and she added extra flavour to our dine experience.Definitely very soon i will visit this restaurant again to enjoy their customer service and food…
