This is my first time eating Indian food from a restaurant. My husband has had this food from this restaurant, and he brought our friends and I here. This is the best. I can’t wait to plan another trip to Oxford just to come to this restaurant like this trip.

Flavor wise the food is very good, but the price doesn’t match the serving. We ordered gobi Manchuria which was good but it came in a small pot with only 8 pieces for 13.50. Even with only 2 people we were charged 11 dollars in “tips” on a 60 dollar bill. At the time we didn’t notice and tipped another 10 on top of that. But at least the food was good.

Great Indian food. Bring your own liquor or wine, they only have beer. The food easily makes up for the atmosphere. Very nice staff. Well priced for the amount of food… love the leftovers!
The one thing that I crave from this restaurant is the appetizer Gobi Manchuria… amazing!
You can choose your level of spice on all the dishes for those of you that are hesitant of Indian spicy food. I love it hot but you can get mildon everything. Lamb Saag is so tender in a great creamy spinach sauce. Chicken Tandoori is also phenomenal.

Best Indian food I’ve ever had. It’s great to eat before a night out or in general because I always have leftovers. I’ve literally made the 45min drive just to eat here. Super nice staff too. Most of their business seems to be online so it’s really peaceful if you eat in. I loved it.

Returned and had chicken biryani and had paneer pakora. The biryani seasoning is interesting and tastes good. Original review: Wonderful, delicious Indian food, courteous and fairly prompt service. Had chicken korma, paneer pakora, papad, and raitha. I ordered very mild spice for the entree.

I love the culture but the food I had in particular was not good at all! TikTok brought me to try this food out. The chicken did not taste like chicken and the sauce was okay. The meat was very brown and rubber like. The bread and the rice was the only thing that stood out. And by the way, if you go in a group, you will be sharing the rice instead of having your own. For the price, I would not recommend eating here. I’ve spent $37 dollars for this butter chicken, “shared rice”, and bread. Oh and the fountain drink is $3.50. Such a rip off if you ask me. I would have did better cooking this meal at home on my own. I will try preparing this meal at home next time.

Walked into this place and seem empty, but the amount of people that ordered take out made me feel better. Ordered the usual I have when eating Indian food and was not disappointed, The paner pakoras were great with the tamarind sause great opening followed by the chicken Tikka massala had good flavor and the spices were right on point greatly appreciated that they didn’t charge extra for the rice and the weakest part was the Naan it tasted store bought and kind of hard buy overall a great place to eat recommend you give them a try. P.s they charge the gratuity straight to your bill so I guess it was the Naan and the charge that sucks.

Food is bland. They tip themselves without telling you. It’s at the very back of the menu. Food wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t buy it twice.
