SO WORTH THE TRY! I completely stepped out of my comfort a bit but NO REGRETS! I absolutely love the food. HEALTHY, affordable, and delicious. The flavors just exploded on my palette. Amazing jerk chicken, everything is Gluten Free! Seriously if you are interested just come for yourselves. Thank you team for the great service and fantastic food! I really like this QSR concept. Food is made fresh, a lot of gluten free options and very health conscious. I like the build your bowl option and they feature a lot of variety. I usually get their coconut rice, sesame noodles, roasted mushrooms, sesame ginger broccoli, bbq chicken, Caribbean jerk chicken, or the key west chicken. The sauces are also very good and I recommend putting them on the side. Definitely get the citrus ginger and cilantro vinaigrette. Service here is really quick. Don’t forget to download the app to earn and redeem points. Also if you have the Inkind app you can use points from there as well. I will definitely be back to try their other protein options.

We had lunch here this afternoon. The loud classic rock was a bit overwhelming. Considering, you’re serving healthy food options, soft music sounds would match the ambiance. We ordered the Citrus Garlic Shrimp Bowl and the Barbecue Luau Bowl. Upon walking in, the guy at the counter greeted my husband but not me, he only looked at me and nodded, which I thought was a bit rude. However, the young lady who helped us was very kind, extremely helpful, and had great customer service. The food was fresh, flavorful, and filling, and the restaurant was very clean overall.

Great salad bowls. I had the spicy ahí bowl – fresh veggies cooked with seasoning, tuna was not premium but tasty – super combination, flavorful and quite satisfying. Wife had teriyaki chicken Kids’ bowl

This place seems unassuming from outside and I never thought to visit until a friend recommended it. The quality and the portion size of the food was excellent! I’ll definitely be back again soon! My suggestions for management would be to add some background music to cheer up the atmosphere and to somehow make it more inviting from the exterior. From outside the windows were dark and I wasn’t sure if they were open, but I’m glad I stopped in! And my 5yo daughter loved the brownie for dessert.

Ordered catering for our event and it was a huge hit. Everyone was raving about the food. Hot, fresh, and delicious. We had multiple dietary restrictions & allergies in our group, but the build your own bowl catering package made it super easy for everyone to have something that worked for them. Everything was gluten free and super healthy, yet tasted delicious and filling. Multiple attendees asked if the citrus ginger sauce was available to buy by the bottle. Vijay delivered and set up our food on time and with lots of care. Very professional and friendly. 5 star experience all the way. Will definitely order again.

This place is just great. Easy to get to just off of Rt 32, near the Snowden River Pkwy/Broken Land Pkwy intersection.
A buddy of mine and I were looking for lunch and happened to be driving by. Bowl places are getting more and more popular and this one is very very good. Nice selection, great service, great taste, and the prices are not too bad.
Highly recommended.

I looked at the menu ahead of time to get an idea of what I wanted. The guy at the counter was nice and still helpful since he could tell it was my first time. It was all delicious and I will definitely be back. I grabbed a chocolate chip cookie and wasn’t impressed maybe because it was a healthier cookie? Otherwise everything else was really delicious. I had the basmati rice, sweet potatoes, green beans, and steak.
