Had a fantastic dinner at Mahajivan — every dish impressed us. The chicken was incredibly flavorful, the Lasuni Tandoori was standout , and the lamb Seek Kebab was good. We also loved the chicken kadai with roti — rich, comforting, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, everything we ordered was delicious. Add to that a great ambience and attentive service, and it made for a really enjoyable evening. Highly recommend! ️✨

Great and authentic Indian food served by very nice people in a neighbourhood near the Reeperbahn in the heart of St. Pauli.
The food itself was very well and tasty cooked. The degree of spiciness was exactly as ordered. In the menu, 6 different spiciness degrees can be selected, which I personally liked a lot.
Bottomline, price performance ratio well.

The food was nothing special; I’ve had much better-tasting Indian food in Hamburg, for example, at Authentica. The service was okay but, again, nothing exceptional. Everything was about average until I found a piece of hair in my food, which was very disgusting. I informed them, and they took the dish back, offering either a refund or a replacement meal. Of course, I chose to be refunded. However, the experience didn’t end there—when I got home, I became sick with vomiting and diarrhea for 2-3 days. I would not go back and will not recommend.

Best Biriyani we have had in the entire Europe so far. The lamb was so Juicy and a large quantity to feed an empty stomach. We came the next day also. The ambiance and music are really awesome. Highly recommended..

Wow…. There food was amazing. I really do love them. The prawn curry that we ordered, was super it reached my spicy level which I never find in Germany. Fish and prawn pakora was also good. Raw materials (fish and prawns) were really fresh. Recommended to try out in these restaurant.

I love Indian food and this restaurant is great! The Mango lassi they serve taste amaaazing! All the flavors and spices are greatly balanced. Roti is also very tasty and the kulfi icecream! Love it and will come back when I visit Hamburg again. 5 stars!

The Best mouth watering and delicious Indian food you will get in this restaurant, with friends and family we ate Chicken, Panir Tikka masala and cholle bhature. It’s was one of the best and super delicious. Working staff is professional and polite. Music and restaurant atmosphere is very good, they understand well that how Music is a key element when it comes to setting the mood in the restaurant.
