I would normally say typical dive bar in my review, but the bartender Kathy made it more than that. She is wonderful and truly made me feel welcome from the moment I sat down. Her positive energy does not go unnoticed! Drink prices are amazing.

I’ve been here more than a handful of times, and I’d love to give this place more stars since it is a friendly neighborhood bar, if you’re a white heterosexual couple/person. However, if you fall outside of that category be prepared to get ugly looks and glares from some patrons (not super surprising for this area). The bartenders are never rude, but at certain times of the day/week the clientele can be a bit … Judgemental, and that’s putting it mildly.

Love this little hidden gem! It’s a very small bar with a comfortable “family-like” atmosphere. Very rarely crowded but even when it is, the customers are very friendly! They have one pool table and a shuffle board, both of which we’ve spent hours playing. It’s kind of hard to find if you’re not familiar with the area, but we asked a man mowing his lawn if he knew where this place was and he didn’t hesitate. This is the closest I’ve found to a bar with a “Cheers-where everyone knows your name” vibe!
