I had the Cheese Steak Quesadilla with half/half Tea.Everything was really good. Tea was on point. I loved the view from the back of the restaurant sitting on the deck. However it can get a little warm during peak hrs of the day. You want to choose inside on a hot day.

Magnum Pointe offers inside and outside seating with a gorgeous view of the lake. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the boats and jet skis coming in and out. Our hostess and server were both friendly and professional. The menu has several food options that you would expect to find at a marina. I ordered the Rachel sandwich, and it came served on rye with no extra butter on the outside, as requested. The sandwich had very little turkey and cheese and was dripping in coleslaw (way too much for my liking). The homemade chips were warm and crispy. The inside bar area could use an upgrade. A plus is the covered outside seating area.

We boated here yesterday and really enjoyed our visit. We have never been to this part of the lake but it was a nice boat ride from the State Park. The dock looks brand new and it’s very easy to get in and out with your boat. You can get gas here as well.
The restaurant was really cute with both indoor and outdoor seating. The prices are as good as they come for being on the lake. We ordered a pizza for the kids to split. I got the catfish tacos, which were delicious. It was a pleasant surprise to see both a mango salsa and tomato salsa to add to each taco. The coleslaw made them creamy and delicious. My husband got the pulled pork BBQ sandwich, which he wasn’t crazy about because it was dry even with the coleslaw. The pizza was pretty good. We’ll definitely be back because of the views, prices, and friendly staff. Don’t forget to get some ice cream!

We booked a fishing guide early Saturday morning with Patriot Fishing Charter and left from Magnum Point Marina at sunrise. Captain John was top notch and we had a great morning on the water. He contacted the marina upon our return to the dock to make sure the breakfast buffet was still available for us. It was – and it was delicious! Biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, hash browns, grits, the works. Definitely a nice end to a great morning. We liked it so much we returned for dinner that evening. There was a small wait for a table, but the staff were hustling to accommodate everyone. Dinner was also delicious! Ice cream on the deck was a perfect treat to end the day. Great views. Great service. We’ll definitely be back!

Eating outside with the fan blowing on me and everything was going great until the waiter was cleaning off a table using a spray cleaner. The mist was picked up by the fan and it sprayed all over me and my food. Up until then everything was perfection. He just wasn’t thinking so I’m not gonna hold it against the restaurant, but I thought it just needed mention for future customers. Hopefully they won’t get sprayed down with some type of unknown cleaner.

Was closed. Signs say no fishing. I went there just hoping to try my luck. Being from out of state and trying to find a good fishing spot is tricky. This place is very pretty though.

Beautiful spot, I went for breakfast to learn they are only doing buffet during the season, said they will go back to a menu after the season ends so I didn’t eat, just had coffee but it was a pretty spot to have coffee on a Sunday morning.
They don’t have a website but do have a Facebook page. They should update the page to let folks know that it’s only buffet right now. If it’s on there, I couldn’t find it.

There is no better spot on the lake. The food and drinks are amazing and the people are even better. Open year round, and I can’t wait to go back in the summer.

We looked for a place on the lake for lunch and rode 1 1/2 hrs to get here. It was worth the trip, the food was great and our waitress was friendly and stayed on top of things even with the busy lunch time rush. We will make the trip again.
