The made-from-scratch food definitely reminded me of homemade comfort food. I got the Farm Breakfast. There is a choice of bacon or sausage and I asked if I could have one of each. They were both delish! I opted for a biscuit and let me just say the strawberry butter was amazing! It was so smooth in flavor and texture, although very tasty. My eggs were cooked to perfection and I loved the potatoes! I also had a latte with lavender added and it was so good, one of the best I ever had.
Do yourself a favor and stop by, then head over for the whole Magnolia experience on the other side of the interstate. Great for a day trip, especially on a beautiful day!
The food was decent overall. The biscuit with strawberry butter stood out as something unique and tasty. The rest of the food was good, but not excellent. Still, it’s a nice place to visit for the atmosphere and a pleasant meal.
We started with the Bacon & Eggs appetizer—deviled eggs with bacon. The deviled eggs were solid and paired nicely with the jalapeño relish, but the real standout was the bacon. Thick, glazed, and flavorful. Easily the star of the table.
For lunch, we shared the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken was well-seasoned and very moist. The fries were just okay, but the fry sauce was excellent and did most of the heavy lifting.
The biggest letdown: the food arrived warm, not hot. With a single shared entrée, that was hard to overlook and ended up being the low point of the visit. My wife had the strawberry mimosa which she enjoyed.
Would we go back? Maybe. The food was good—clearly well thought out—but not quite memorable or exceptional. Solid experience, just short of the hype.
My son ordered Jo’s crunchy French toast with over easy eggs and bacon, my sister and I ordered the Farm house breakfast and we had coffee. Everything was SO good. The French toast was the favorite. The bacon is very good too.
We were seated at 10:20 am, and our reservation was at 10:30 am today. Service was very good and the food was delicious!
We loved the atmosphere! The plant boxes everywhere were very nice. The restrooms were very clean and they had an attendant in there to keep it clean. We appreciated that there wasn’t music playing in the background. You could just hear the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant and the conversations of people enjoying a meal together.
We will make sure Magnolia Table is part of our annual trip to Silobration!
This place lived up to the hype and was great! We got in around 7 ish with no problem. Friendly staff, atmosphere and we loved the dishes we selected.
Apple pie with vanilla was to notch also.
Do yourself a favor and stop in here for a bite
The best thing we ate was the appetizer of maple bacon & deviled eggs… absolutely hands down the BEST 10 OUT OF 10! The other food we got was good but the eggs and bacon app was the show!
