Not from around here, it was a last minute fluke. It was great service arrived around 5:30 august 19, 2021 and placed my order i waited about 5 mins and it was ready and super hot. Good flavor. Would recommend.

Went thru the drive thru on 5/18/24….young man at window (dark hair, beard) was the rudest individual I have ever met. Asked for crab Rangoons to be made on the soft side due to husband’s dental issues…I was told they were already made and given my money back and told to take my business elsewhere. The window was closed in my face when I asked for this boy’s name. Walked back up to the window and asked his name again and he absolutely screamed at the top of his lung that they can refuse service to anyone! I asked very calmly, “for asking for a special request?” They were not busy at all…no cars in front of me…no cars behind me. I am livid and will be contacting owners of this establishment.

Egg Rolls were over cooked & couldn’t bite through them this past Thursday. Portion was small & didnt add sauce I requested. I contacted the manager immediately & was told I could receive my order for free & it’d be corrected. When I arrived last night I explained my issue only to be called a liar by last nights manager & was told that all the food is “scanned” & my food was never scanned as I stood there at the counter with a full view of the kitchen. I found the manger working last night to be rude & disrespectful. I even took a picture of my previous order to prove my issue & she said they did not need to see it… I’m never returning to this location. I feel bad for the rest of the staff working for that tyrant lady…

Normally, I have experienced awesome customer service with this place. I live around the area and I love getting food from here. Today, however, I was very upset with how they handled their drive thru service. Their indoor ordering is not available currently, only the drive thru is open. There were two cars in front of me and they took a little while longer than usual. Which was fine. I pulled up to the speaker/menu, and waited for five minutes. I waited patiently for TEN to FIFTEEN MINUTES! FIVE CARS preceded to leave behind me because of how long it was taking. I didn’t blame them. I wanted to leave as well. After asking twice if someone could help me at the speaker, i resorted to CALLING THE STORE. A man answered and I told him no one was answering. He handed the phone to a woman (probably the manager i’m assuming) and she finally went on the speaker. I love magic wok and the people that work there, but seriously?

A favorite stop for a hot fresh meal. A nice option in town if you don’t want the standard fast food fare of burgers and fries. Good range of options to choose from and you know it is fresh because you can watch them stir fry it after you order.

Got a combo plate and both entrees were gross, one with chicken the other with vegetables. I’ve no clue what the overabundent sauce was except odd tasting and soupy. Even the rice was bad, how’s that even possible! I took two bites and it went in the trash. Hadn’t been at this location in over a year, it used to be good, especially for fast food Asian. No more! Don’t know what changed, but it’s not good, l’ll not return.

First off this place used to be good. Smoothies are flavored water. Peppered steak is nothing but rice and onions with 4 peices of steak. Combo sampler isnt cooked at all. Paid $40 for the worst meal ever
