First opened in Toledo, Ohio in 1983, we began with a vision of serving signature Asian dishes created in an open kitchen and worked to perfection. Called Because I paid $14 for a FAMILY SIze General Tso chicken I ordered a side of Shrimp fried rice . I get this plate as a family size chicken so I called and get RUDELY Yelled at By the 55 year old man that’s “the manager” and done have time to be messing with me as if I did anything wrong . I just needed my order made CORRECTLY.very poor Service , I think it’s the same guy that owns KABOB IT In the mall . Now I see why they are always so slow .

Ordered online and had door dash deliver. The food was ready and even delivered incredibly fast.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t good at all.
I ordered the General Tso’s w/ extra sauce, extra rice, and no broccoli. I also “made it a meal” and added a drink and an egg roll on the side, per their online app suggestion.
I NEVER order broccoli from MW because its *always* the most disgusting color of yellowish-brown. Yet, here it is. Inedible as usual.
My rice didn’t even come close to filling the container like its supposed to. It was just a scoop to one side of the dish. With the “extra” rice I ordered, I had maybe a few spoonfuls more rice than a standard order *should* have. At least they got the extra sauce…but there wasn’t enough rice to justify it.
Idk why clear sodas suck up the mold floating around inside of fountain drink machines, but I literally took one small taste and poured the whole drink down the sink. Even in *clean* machines, Sprite tastes awful, but this tasted like someone just mixed a spoonful of mold into my drink.
The eggroll was fine. Its the only reason this review has a score above 1. I gave my dasher a 25% tip for their work.
But I think I’m quite done ordering from any Magic Wok ever again. The stuff they put out should literally be criminalized …and OSHA would probably say it already is. How do they even stay open serving literal trash like this?
I have no say on the service or atmosphere because MW did not provide those things.

Big Verg loves Asian food but Magic Wok was a bit underwhelming for him. Normally eating Asian food helps him feel connected to his ancestors, since he is a Japanese Beagle. Magic Wok didn’t have any food that did this though. The hours are also sporadic so even if he does want it, he never knows when he can get it. Pic is Big Verg

Nabil and Deb have a great crew and great food. Deb went above and beyond to accommodate a large order, while training a new hire. The food is always delicious and served with a smile. I frequent the Adams Street restaurant weekly.

the food was fresh and the staff was nice and inviting. I went during the Jeep Fest and they were on top of things. They took people’s order in a timely manner and made sure the food arrived within less than 2 minutes. I was very appreciative that they were open during the event and had in restaurant dining.

Great food and prices. Drive thru was really quick also. Only catch was the way the drive in is set up. Not easy if you have a larger vehicle. It’s downtown, so understandable. Definitely doable, just be prepared if you don’t have a smaller car.
