After ordering from Magic Wok for the first time, I will say you should avoid this restaurant if you want food that will taste like anything. We ordered sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli, and crab rangoons. The sesame chicken and beef and broccoli were devoid of all flavor and were swimming in water. The crab rangoons tasted quite literally like nothing. Everything was mushy, cold, and awful. Will never visit again.

I eat here often — the food is good, but it seems like food costs are getting to them. I ordered the crab rangoons, one of my favorites, but they were like fried wonton wrappers — I couldn’t even taste the filling. I would’ve rather paid more to get what I ordered.

Half the lights were out, literally 5 peices of beef in my husband’s Mongolian Beef, im pretty sure my Burbon chicken was not chicken. Very lacking and flavorless.

Both Seseme and Gen Tzo chicken was mushy and inedible. Instead of shrimp lo mein I got very greesy beef instead. On the plus side their rive cooker works fine. All in all it was terrible.

Today I ordered the sesame chicken with white rice.
A lot of food for the right price. Unfortunately the sesame chicken sauce was way too sweet for my taste buds. Maybe I can get the same meal without the sauce.. I’m thinking of asking if that’s possible.
I have read many of the negative reviews and the one thing they never mentioned was.well next time I will ask for this or that to be added to or not added to the meal. Most restaurants are good about accommodating their customers needs.
I found the daughter and mother spoke very good English which will help when placing special orders.
If you want something made special they seem willing to help..

First time here, ordered the sesame chicken combo and it wasn’t exactly the best. The sesame chicken was pretty good. Lots of sauce (which I am happy with) but the sesame chicken was a mediocre sesame chicken. I liked it, however, the fried rice, you could tell it was old and very dry. It didn’t taste right or look right. The people were nice and got our order out quickly though!

Ordered two dishes and were totally unimpressed. We normally order from Precious which is right around the corner, but, they were closed. We ordered the same from Magic Wok that we always order from Precious and it was a complete disappointment. There was about a dozen TINY pieces of chicken in each dish and the rest was all chopped vegetables. (A dish that doesnt have vegetables in its description) The containers were not even filled all the way. I wouldn’t waste your money at this place. If you want good Chinese food, lots of it andloaded with flavor, go to Precious on the other side of 104. I recommend the salt and pepper chicken with a side of garlic sauce.

Clean take out place, I got the house chop suey egg rolls and wonton soup. Allot of food for the money, house chop suey had wonderful chunks of pork, chicken, shrimp and lots of vegetables, absolutely delicious! It came with white rice that’s was perfectly cooked, the egg rolls were crispy and full of flavor. The large soup is enough for 4 servings with a meal or two as a meal. It also was outstanding. If you want good, clean Chinese food you can count on, this is it! Again there are 4-5 tables it’s mainly for takeout.

I submitted an order online with a special request- they immediately called to confirm and were more than accommodating which I really appreciated! This was my first time getting takeout from Magic Wok and the food was good. I liked that I could order and pay online. One suggestion would be to have slightly more detailed online menu descriptions.

Very disappointed! We have eaten their food for years and felt it was the best. Now they have upped their prices and cut way back on the meat. They fill the container with vegetables ( lots of broccoli) so it looks like a large portion. We are done. Not paying $8-$10 for a bowl of vegetables.
