This was my first time trying this place
and we went through the drive-thru. The service was quick and smooth and the staff was friendly.
The ribs were very tender and flavorful you could tell they were cooked low and slow. The meat had a nice smoky taste and the portion size was generous for the price. Everything was packaged well and still warm when I got home.
I also ordered the pulled pork. The flavor was good but it was a little dry this time. Adding some extra sauce definitely helped.
Overall for a first drive-thru experience I was satisfied and would consider coming back again.

I was not impressed at all. They are well priced for bar b Que- I only spent 32 bucks where as in Dallas that’s what you pay for a baked potato -Did I expect Terry Blacks no but I did not expect dry brisket, yellow noodles and ribs they taste like lighter fluid I called and she said they do not use lighter fluid but I literally tasted lighter even my hands smell like and it all came from the ribs- the Mac and cheese had no cheese yellow but not cheese – the beans were good they were Busch baked beans with sausage and shredded brisket but they were good. I would normally go back and ask for a refund but I didn’t because of the nice lady – but I won’t be returning maybe it was a hit or miss bad day- I was just passing through and decided to stop – may God continue to bless this business

Try the beans!! You will be dreaming about these beans. They have the best flavor ever! They have a little brisket and sometimes we get a piece of sausage, which is a cherry on top. That loaded potato with brisket is mmmmmmm mmmm good! French fries have just the right amount of seasoning and the best crisp to them. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! The owner is a real nice guy too!

I was so not impressed by the sides I chose with my chopped brisket sandwich. The Mac and cheese was so dry and tasted like plain pasta. The potatoes salad was tasteful but had hard, big chunks of potatoes that were not cooked all the way.
The meat was delicious. I just wish I knew they added the BBQ sauce in the sandwich. By the time I got home with my food the sandwich buns were soggy. The portions are fair for the price though.

The 1st time I tried this bbq was out of their concession trailer at Walmart. It was awesome then and just as awesome today in their little shop on th corner. I believe that Magic Smoke will keep growing. The only bbq place that ive been to that actually put a good amount of meat. tonight was the loaded potatoe. It was no exception. Wil always be a returning customer. Love your BBQ

I was working in Sherman for the day and ran across this this small barbecue joint on Travis. It’s just a drive-through and no interior seating but WOW was I surprised! I got the pork plate with 2 sides. The potato salad is great and the barbecue beans have sausage and peppers in them. This is the 1st time I’ve been there and I will definitely be going back!

1st time customer. Double ribs, yummy. Falling off the bone. Love the twist on the beans, & potato salad was good. for hubby a loaded brisket baked potato. Plus I shared a tiny bit of my ribs.
