So far for me that was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while…I appreciate that the meat patties weren’t these little thin things and those onion rings…great I’ve never had a onion ring in my life not just come apart when eating…this one I gad onion for every bite. The fries eh their fries nothing spectacular. Those cheese sticks were awesome the Sprinkle of parmesan cheese made them lovely my 7 year old ate them all. I will be going back especially for the onion rings!!

Tried it for the first time yesterday and I don’t think I’ll be returning unless I’m ever in the mood for a huge flavorless burger and unsalted fries. I was really looking forward to the onion rings until I tried them. Just big rings of grease and no flavor as well.. I was also not expecting $3 per ice cream cone. For $20 just for the basket and 2 cones.. it was definitely not worth it. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the customer service. She was very nice & helpful and even gave me a small cup of whipped cream for my doggo.

Livid!! Do not go to Magic Burger in Attalla/. Ordered three cheese burgers with ketchup, mayo and cheese only and one with ketchup, mustard and grilled onions on the fourth burger. They did not tell me there was an extra charge for cheese. They said to give them 25 minutes- we gave them 30 minutes. And they were not ready for pick up and were not busy upon arrival. Opened our burgers and two of the burgers had lettuce, tomato and onion. I called them back to request a refund. I attempted to address – we do not have time to go back- when I reminded her what our order was and she said that was what I ordered. I said it was not- I asked why did I spend 10 minutes going over that we wanted ketchup, mayo and cheese only on three of the sandwiches. She said she repeated the order to me. I raised my voice/ did not cuss and repeated we ordered it with ketchup, mayo and cheese only. At which she then said I do not tolerate people being rude to me, take it up with the owner and hung up on me! I spent $53.00 on lunch today and this was my first time to go there. On top of everything else I tried to eat it but a dead bug fell out of it! I will not be back! Buyer beware spoke with the owner who stated he was going to refund the order but he did not and when I confronted it he said it takes time but it could have been voided and refunded. It never was. Poor customer service/ poor management. Do not go there!! Very incompetent to say the least.

Hamburgers, milkshakes, and French fries were good. The 2 orders of onion rings were as big as a donut, and horrible. DO NOT order a milkshake on a combo, because you pay full price for the milkshake, no discounted upcharge for not ordering a drink like other places. Today was my first trip, and probably my last. If you think you need a bank loan for gas, do not eat here because it’s overpriced. The burgers are bigger than most fast food restaurants, but $75 for 4 people, including a pint of ice cream $6.99.They charge an extra $2.95 if you order onion rings, instead of fries….stick with the fries, because they are not good, and seriously big as a donut and the batter they use is more like something you’d dip a corn dog in minus the corn meal. The Hamburgers are good, just wished we’d been told combos come only with a soft drink/tea, instead of an upcharge in place of a drink. I hope this business does well, but they are pricey.

They have a “Fat Boy Basket” that is incredible. The basket is not for the skinny folks. Three thick burger patties with all the fixins. Unreal onion rings and fries. Crinkle cut!! Not too long of a wait during lunch rush. Competitively priced. Absolutely delicious. Parking is easy in easy out. Right next to the city park in the little shed. Super nice folks.

We ordered 2 magic burger baskets with cheese. I thought the hamburger would be homemade patties. Was very disappointed that they were premade frozen. The Pattie’s had no flavor other heavily salted. Was also very disappointed in the onion rings. This is nothing like the old magic burger. Highly disappointed and waste of money of $23. Not worth it

This restaurant if I could give it 10 stars I would. My best friend has cancer and it’s a chore to get her to eat I finally got her to tell me what she wanted and it was a Grape milkshake from Magic Burger. It was 10 minutes before they closed and I was on the other side of town. I jumped in the car and started speeding there as quickly as I could. Picked up the phone and called them and asked to please make a grape milkshake. I thought that I would be told that it was too late. Instead the girl on the other end was so kind. She told me to come on and she would make it for me. I got there and they had already had to close the register down. I didn’t have enough cash. So Lindsey said she would take care of the rest. It was such a relief any kind gesture and a difficult time. God bless y’all.

Onion rings wasn’t done and the burgers do not taste anything like the old Magic Burgers did. No special sauce. It’s expensive also. Cost $26.00 and some change for 2 burger baskets. You can eat out at any nice restaurant during lunchtime cheaper than that.

Why at 1pm does it take 35 mins for 1 magic burger meal, kids meal and 3 shakes? RIDICULOUS! Would have been fine if we was warned ahead of time, but when you have an appt at 2pm thinking you would have enough time to grab a bite when now you don’t! OH and edited to add….took 2 bites of burger and threw it away. It wasn’t cook all the way and my stomach can not handle any red on meat.
